aaaand here's pev with his propaganda! I hope the government paid you well for that It's all a matter of choice. The truth is, no one smokes because they think it's GOOD for them. I used to smoke looads before the ban came in, then gradually phased out, without making a conscious effort to quit. It was ok most of the time in the summer after the ban, as going outside was okay, it was warm, you got decent convo, but then it got colder and was much more of a pain to stand outside shivering, puffing away frantically and not really caring much about talking, just about getting back inside. So I slowly stopped (ish...) if I'm going to a house party, or a festival, or somewhere warm outdoors (only in summer!) then I'll have a wee cigarette or two... but that's a rarity now, I only get cravings sometimes, I'll share one with a friend if they're having one (which I like to refer to as 'less death.') And pubs/clubs all stink of toilets/sweat now. The smell of smoke used to mask that. oh and the Bill/Tom smoking thing? They look sexy as hell doing it!! Especially Bill... Proof: phwoaaaarrr

Sexy (when isn't Bill sexy?!), yet he could be contracting one of those many cancers... I agree with what's said by people who choose to do it, but still, I do find it sad. *Pockets money*
EDIT: Very sexy! I love that hair, and those eyes...

Bill does look very lovely in that piccy... I don't mind if people do it to be honest. Only thing that annoys me is if people blow smoke in my face >.< And as for the twins doing it... let them do it, at least they aren't druggies...

As long as they don't get addicted, I'm fine. I know it would be their choice, but it would be their choice that they're killining themselves if that were the case And I'd cry.

I'd be pretty upset if they started taking drugs... their own choice, but the other day my mum was showing me a pic of this guy from a band she fancied when she was young. He was OK when he was young but after 20 years of taking drugs he looks really awful. I just wouldn't want Bill to become ugly! The smoking doesn't bother me, cos my parents do it so I can't really say it bothers me now I'm totally used to it.

i dont smoke, but one of my best friends does. I dont care if she smokes, its what she was her to do. BUT... she did quit for a bit, i think it was for about 6 months, but shes starting to smoke again. I'm ok with it, its her choice, but i dont want her to smoke around me. so, yeah... x Talking about me! How very dare you! lol I'm kind of a hypocrite when it comes to smoking. If my friends dont already smoke, I will never ever let them! if they so much as have a drag I will beat them to a pulp! Most of them leave me alone about my smoking now (yey!) but theres still a few who bitch at me I understand them being concerned, I know that, but they dont need to keep on about it. My mum is the worst >_< telling me not to smoke my 5 a day when she goes through 20 and has been killing us kids with her smoke for all of our lives. Ive decided, after much thought, I'm not going to try quiting again. Too damn stressful. And I have no reason to. I love it too much, I never wanted to quite before, I got pressured into it. I know full well all the risks, My grandad died of lung cancer. But I still love smoking. Hasnt done my voice any harm yet. And I must say, Bill looks soooo sexy smoking XD Not that I aprove. at all.

personally, I don't smoke and I like it that way. I also would prefer it if people don't smoke around me and if my friends ever touched a cig I'd die...I think it's disgusting - the smell, but I can understand about how some people feel 'n stuff. I don't mean to judge or anything - it's quite strange how people get hooked on it quite easily..fascinating almost

I don't mind people smoking as in the smell of smoke and whatever is fine for me but I'd hate anyone close to me to smoke really. My parents smoked when I was younger and then dad had a heart attack which they thing was caused in part by the ciggies. He quit strait away and mum soon after. Just seeing someone you love writhing in pain on the floor and thinking that they are going to die because of the smoking really scars you for life. So no ciggies for me ^^

I hate smoking. Sorry but since 1) I am too young to smoke and 2) I have been brought up without any smokers in my family I can't stand it. Take Bill and Tom for example. I totally agree with them being able to do what they like, yes it's their body. But I just can't stand the fact that they're doing themselves damage. I love them so much I just can't bare to see them smoking. Yet with anyone else, it doesn't seem to bug me. I don't know what it is but I just can't stand them damaging themselves.

He is really sexii and I love HIM as a person, yet I hate the fact that he smokes. When I say I hate smokers, I don't mean I hate the person, just the fact that they smoke

I'm actually a secret smoker No-one knows about it, and I mean no-one apart from my boyf (and the folk in his house) and my best friend, as it's his place and her place that are the only places I have a puff. It's weird, if I'm not at his or her house for say 2 weeks, I won't have a cig for 2 weeks, I can do that no problem. But when I'm at Marks' or my friends', I love to just cozy up on the sofa with a cuppa and a cig. I'll only have 4 or 5 at the most, and then I can go another week or so without lol. I never even have cigs in my bag at home because I'd die if my Dad ever found out, I never smoke when I'm heading home later on lol. It's an odd little habit I have going on. But I don't smoke in public, on nights out, or even outside the uni when I was there. Infact, most of my uni friends never knew about it lol. Like I said, secret smoker hehe

I don't particularly like smoking either. It doesnt bother me as much as such. I don't get the hype with it; like I tried a couple of times and It just didnt affect me...but I do see why some people do it. I think everybody needs abit of stress relief and if that's what helps you then fair enough. But yeh, i start on my dad all the time because he smokes a hell of a lot. The twins are okay though, their lifestyle is hectic and they dont seem to be addicted. plus they look finnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeee

Personally I will never smoke. Nobody in my family smokes or any of my relatives. So it seems more of a bad habit to me. But yh it's the person's life and their choice
