Just wanna see people views on it. Everyone's always anti-smoking and wen they see bill n tom it;s like "ooomg."

Personallly i'm a smoker/alcoholic person, and always will be. It hasnlt harmed me yet so yknow lol

i'm a smoker, have been for a few years now.
said i was gonna give up, now i'm not. i cba.
everyone goes on about how smoking is bad; okay yes it is.
But it's your own choice to smoke or not too.
If you don't, just don't.
If you do, carry on if you want too.
or quit if you want too.
It's our life, and we can do what we want with it.
so what if it's unhealthy it certainly helps me relax
and feel better when i've had a rubbish day.
not that i'm saying anyone shoulde smoke;
if anything i tell people not too because you get addicted
like me.
and it uses up all your own money.
but seriously, i hate it when people are all
'OMG. THAT'S SO BAD. YOU SHOULD QUIT.'
Like trying to pressurise you into quitting, like i said:
personal choice.
And I don't see why everyone is so anti bill&tom smoking,
if they want too, they will and they quite obviously do.
it's not as if they're promoting it
they try to keep it behind close doors as much as possible,
it seems.

All my friends smoke, and tbh it is up too them. I personally will never smoke and thats just how i am. Although i know its really bad for them, i cannot stop them and its their choice.

personally i would never smoke, but all of my mates smoke and i would never tell them to pack it in!
its your choice, and smoking isnt illegal anyways.
and tbh it pisses me off beyond belief when people say that bill and tom shouldnt smoke, its their choice, they can do whatever they want with their lives.
nobody has the right to have a say in somebody elses life, thats what the meaning of freedom is...

I agree, it is everybody's personal choice to smoke or not. Personally I dislike smoking very much! That doesn't mean I dislike people that smoke, no no, just smoking itself. It's because I grew up being surrounded by it nearly 24/7 when I lived with my parents. I dislike the smell and smoke that hurts my eyes and makes them go teary, also I'm worried for people's health because I've seen what it can do to people. Yet, I'm not preaching and trying to convince anybody to stop smoking because most people are aware of the health risks etc. It's their decision. Also, I have to say that I'm really thankful for the smoking ban in public places. I know smokers hate it but personally it has made my life much more pleasant especially work-wise. I enjoy every day that I can step inside the hotel and not being overwhelmed by the strong smell of smoke that was clinging on to everything. Let alone, how lovely it is to be in the bar and not having to endure the constant smoking of guests (especially cigars and pipes). I don't mind people smoking around me as long as it's not all the time. What always frustrated me though is to see little kiddies smoke at a young age already. That's just wrong.

Lol Yeah. Sorry about posting this btw, it's a bit random... I was drunk and angry coz my mate Sarah was "caught" smoking with me and her sister literally forced her into a car along with me so that she could grab her bits from my house and then she dragged her arse home. I was like...seriously...wtf.

Especially since her sisters been smoking since she was like FOURTEEN. It's so eff'n stupid.

And about the it hasn't harmed me yet, that was a very slurred lie. xDDD Lol I won't be able to sing for daaaaaays now with the amount of tobacco i coated my throat in. Iunno how bill still manages to sing... But then again he's not being trained or trying to improve his range for classical examinatons...........................^^;;; ... Hah...Yeah, my vocal coach is gonna kill me.
Plus i have spent all of today and early morning up-chucking everything i've eaten in the past 24 hours....

And i think Bill and Tom just look amazing when they smoke, so they can feel free to keep doing it lol XD You can't force people to not smoke and tbh, the more you try to make others stop doing something the more likely are they'll carry on behind peoples backs. Everyone has to make their own decisions in life. Even if they don't always work out best. -nods wisely-

Personally i hate smoking. but like midori said i have nothing against smokers, its just something i really dont like. You have to let people choose what they want to do, and respect that decision.

Well, it`s bad, it`s not healthy. We all know it. So is drinking, eating crap food, and a whole load of other things plenty of people do.
I smoke. Tried to give up, mostly because other people harrassed me to. But what it boils down to, is that sometimes I just want a cigarette. Really want one. And why shouldn`t I? It`s my choice. I don`t smoke around people who don`t like it, and me and mum don`t smoke in the house coz of the twins. So I`m not hurting anyone - well, other than myself, which is up to me.
I`m sick of being told how my cigarette smoke is so damaging to people who don`t smoke. Mostly by people who DRIVE - if they wanna talk about polluting the atmosphere.

( btw - I`m NOT having dig at drivers - honest. I`m just saying that there`s plenty of harmful things we all do, why single out smokers. )

Exaaactly. We could moan at every fat person who sits down next to us in restaurants, be like "DON'T EAT THAT FATTY, YOU TAKING UP TOO MUCH SPACE ALREADY!" but noooo. We don't. Coz it's more acceptable to moan at smokers for some annoying reason.

I'm not bothered by smoking. I'm one of those naughty social smokers, if I'm drunk or at a gig *well it used to be until the ban* I'd smoke a whole pack of 20 in a few hours.
I don't so much anymore.
What really annoys me is drivers who smoke whilst driving.
Its the same as using a mobile phone!!!

Ok here is my point of view:

Pro:
I am one of those ppl that think other ppl can do as they want aslong as it doesnt affect others, so if ppl want to smoke thats fine, its there body

things that annoy me:
Smokers who moan about not having money... they literally burn about £5 a day

Things that make we want to lecture smokers:
If only they did Biology, they wouldn't smoke, I'm almost 100% sure, ppl think they know what it does to them but believe me its worse. So I do get very tempted to give them a bio lesson, but I do resist LOL.

However, someone being a smoker wouldn't affect my attitude towards them in anyway, as I swear everyone smokes LOL.

Even though I smoke - I know it`s a terrible habit. I mean, believe it or not, I`m a veggie, and a total freak about what I eat. I can`t eat crap, and I consider the effect every kind of food has on my body before I`ll eat it. But I smoke! I even hate that my mum smokes because it`s bad for her! And yet I`m writing this with a cigarette in my hand! Lol. Makes no sense, but there it is ....

i find it immediately more attractive
i just think it looks hot
on hot people
and i think if i saw Bill smoking i would probably die
