this is all true. the only reason why i started was because there was 5 girls at the back of the bus and they were pressuring the girls at the front to try a fag. i fell for it thinking that 1 wouldnt hurt, i was only 9, i had never seen anything happen to my mum or dad.

and when your having a ciggy you should move away from the people that dont or the people that have quit so that they dont feel pressured or uncomfortable. the worst thing you could do i sit in a house of non-smokers and spark up.

one of my mates smokes, and she told me to spark up in the front room when her mum was there and i did because she started yelling at me about it. now she realized that she couldnt have any because her mum didnt know she smoked and i was like

WOOOW guys, A "fat" person next to u isnt, killing u, smoking next to some one litterally is.

The most harmful part of a cigarette is the smoke, so for a passive smoker (someone who doesnt smoke hangs around with ppl they do) they may aswell smoke, coz there getting the exact same bad effects e.g smell, carcinogens. The only differance between a passive and normal smokers, is normal smokers inhale the smoke slightly more and get slight other effect from being the ones who actually take the drag e.g the "good stuf" Nicotine.

As for other polutants, taking up the attitude they do it so why can't I, is stupid, the fact is cars cant do it either and are getting taxed, charged and changed in everyway possible to minimise polluting. The smoking law wasnt even about the atmosphere, coz u can still smoke the exact same amount if you want, it was just about harming others.

In Spain they have the same law, but it has a serious loop hole in it LOL, if you put a sign up on the front of your bar "smoking bar" you can smoke inside, this means the ppl smoking there can smoke freely knowing the ppl around them choose to be choked by there smoke haahah.

Also, "fat" ppl are all the time getting it pointed out in there face that eating is bad, you can't go one day without seeing it somewere, so yeah we are literally saying to them..."your taking up to much space"

I have a best friend who smokes, she started when she was 6 because her mom used to beat her, and she used to steal her moms cigz and smoke cos she saw her mom doing it and was mega depresd, and her mom chucked her bro out of the house when he was 16, and now she takes his cigz and she addicted, now shes almost 13, and she takes 20 cigz a day now sumtimez but she's got NHS treatment for it to help her quit ;D But all these people at school don't know anythng about her and they always coming to me and b**ching about her so it really peez me off but she started doing more again lately cos her mom told her that her dad is dead, but now she found out he isnt, and her step dad is beatig her too and he is a real *inserts RUDE swearword here* but i help her out and buy her packs of chocolate cigz everi school dai and she luvs the so she takes them aternately, but you dont atually smoke em you EAT them..

anyway I hav no prob at all with smokers cos its their choice and admt i have smoked my dads pipe a cuple of times... and maybe like 3 cigz in my entire life...

so yeah.. VERY mature ;D ;D ;D

Well yeah, but in all fairness I would never personally puff out the smoke in someones face or smoke near enough to annoy people who hate smoking. I always smoke outside, and far enough away from people who aren't smoking.

Fat people just annoy me tbh, mainly coz this one guy outside a McDonalds was about 20 stone, eating two burgers and god knows what else and he had the cheek to tell me I was killing myself with each cigarette. I was just like "...EXCUSE ME?" -dumb blinking expression- And then he waddled off down the street taking up the whole flamin' pavement. lol XD But yeah, i was just trying to make an example that smoking is always made out as like the worst thing ever when other's don't get moaned at.
Yeah ok, passive smoking is bad, but if someone asked me to move further away from them when I was smoking I would, but if someone....umm, like an environmentalist went up to a guy with a Range rover and ordered to him to stop polluting the world they'd just get laughed at...if you get me...-isn't good at examples- ...XD

Oh... but I've got puppy fat cos the medication I take makes you gain weight and some lose it.. i was unfortunat... but I'm losing it now *claps excitedly!!!* so HELL YAH I'm hapeee and high!!!!! So do you hate me?*narrows eyes* cos it really aint my fault an sisnce ive stopped on the medication im losing weight.. plus im only 13 ;D ;D ;D

I haven't read many of the other posts here so mine may be sketchy.

I hate smoking. Yeah, i've tried it a few times, unfortunately. When i'm drunk i lose all sense i have.

Anyway, i was brought up with my mother constantly moaning about smoking and how disgusting/horrible it is so that is how i see smoking.
However, since my mother got a new bf who smokes, she's started smoking.

Wow, so much for you hating it woman. It seems like she only does it when he is around as if she's trying to get attention or approval or something from him x.x
Ugh, i've asked her to stop numerous times but her excuse is 'when i'm ready' and 'the more you ask me to stop, the more i'll do it'. How mature. I even wrote a letter stating the risks and stuff of smoking and put it in her christmas card -_-

Haha, sorry for the long rant.
Basically, i don't mind smoking as long as you do it where i won't breathe in the smoke.
