Im having issues with Deutschrock! I have ordered stuff with them before and it was fine. But this time, after selecting option 1 then filling out all my details and clicking the yellow but to go to the next stage it just goes back to the options page again! Its done it 3 times! And im having a really shitty day  (as some of u might now if uv read the random rants thread) so i just want to make myself feel a bit better by buying a new TH tee! Is it a problem with Deutschrock or my comp??? |

For some reason Deutschrock register you when you've used it before even if you have selected Option 1 the first time. So when you go back and want to order something again you can't actually use Option 1 anymore but have to sign in (Option 2) because they've given you a password without you realising it. I also mentioned that in the Step by Step guide on our website. They've even done that with me and I never actually ever ordered anything... I just went through the steps to put the guide together. *lol*
Like Louise said, just click the "Passwort vergessen". They'll send it to you and can get your stuff ordered.

The first time i ordered something it took exactly 10 days to get here, the next time it took 16 days but the thing i ordered was currently out of stock and it ws at Christmas time and the third thing took 4 days. I order mine straight of the TH website though rather than going to the actual deutschrock website its self. I no that doesnt make any difference in delivery time because its coming from the same place but yea lol |

What exactly don't you get? Maybe I can help you. When using you're or a British credit card the Euro amount of your order will be taken in Pounds from the bank account. It's not difficult and happens automatically. You can use currency converters online to see how much your order is worth in Pounds so you'll have an idea of how much will be taken out of your bank account.
Or is it something else that confuses you?

I just orderedd something (well last night) and ino it wont of arived yet, but last time i tried to order something it sent me an email that said that they didnt ship to the UK and they hadnt sent my merchandise, I really hope the same thing wont happen again?
What do you all do, do you just order it normally then wait till it comes or do you do something else that i havnt done?
Soooo hope my Tokio Hotel bag comes (yn)

As far as I know people just order stuff from the deutschrock website and they deliver it to the UK. So far I haven't heard of anyone receiving an email that said they wouldn't ship after an order had been placed. I hope that doesn't happen again. Would be a pain.

They told me once a jacket wouldn't be delivered, so I ordered one from ebay.
Like, 2 months later the jacket turns up.
So yeah, it happens.

ahhhh its been 6 "working days" i think im going crazy with anticipation! I want my bag, so it normally takes 10 working days so only four days left to wait then? is there anyone on this forum who has ordered somehting before and it has not arived from Deutsch rock? or has recieved an email saying they dont ship to the UK like I did the FIRST time, its now my second time! The first time i recieved an email and the stuff never arrived, its been maybe nearly two months  ! So i dout that it will come, but hopefuly this time it will arrive! |

Now its been 9 working days i dont think its going to come? :/ well illl check my bank statment to see if they have deducted the price, at least then ill no if its been sent :/ ahhh its driving me crazyyy! I want my TH bag!
