merch from deutschrock (orders etc)

Okk. So i bought a hoodie and two t-shirts on Wednesday morning from deutschrock.de and i still haven't received them.

I was just wondering if anyone else had bought stuff from there and how long it took to arrive.

I want my stoofs

I'm sure i read somewhere that someone got their order in 3 days though =/

Hmm, on the DHL website, which is the courier used, it said that things within the EU take 1-2 working days.

I just wanted to make sure it's normal for them to take this long xD

I imagine it'd be hard to contact the website if they don't end up coming as i am useless with German.

I just checked on the website and from what i can make out (with the help of babelfish ) is that my goodies were dispatched on the 9th so hopefully they should be here pretty soon

I haven't ordered anything from there before but when my family send me parcels they usually take about a week to get to me. If you need any help with the German just let me know, Ecomo. 1 -2 working days is being very optimistic even for a letter or card from/to Germany. *lol*

It took quite a while for things I ordered to come. Check the items and whether they're in stock. The little coloured boxes next to the items give you an indication how long it might take to receive your stuff.

Yeah it probably means until it's been dispatched by the warehouse

Ah, yeah they were all in stock. I made sure of that beacuse i didn't want to wait weeks xD I'm just a bit too impatient for that.

Ok, this is what i get on the website.

From the Status part with the blue writing it seems that it hasn't been dispatched or something. But from the individual items, they were dispatched on the 9th. What's going on? I don't trust babelfish.

Yeah, that is kind of confusing, ecomo. The blue says it hasn't been dispatched but all the individual items apparently were dispatched on the 9th Feb. I can only assume the blue is wrong. However, I don't think you need to be worried already. It surely will take some time and delivery times differ sometimes. When I sent a copy of iD magazine to Germany it took more than 2 weeks to arrive!

Ugh yeah. Postal system confuses me. Especially when stuff sent to my sister gets eaten by it :K

Ok, my stuff came today! (that's a week after i ordered them if anyone wants to know)

They're currently sitting in my next door neighbours as i didn't answer the door due to still being in my PJs.
Ahh, i shall take photos when i get them
