I put the t-shirt in the basket then go to the basket. I press the orange button to go next. Then i get those three options, continue with no account, already got an account and get account. I pressed get account and typed in all my details then pressed the orange next button and it keeps taking me back to the three options, it does the same when i press continue with no account  |

Ack, xlouisex, that's what kept happening with me when i ordered my stuff. In the end i realised what i was doing something wrong but i've totally forgotten what it was. Argh, sorry  I hope you can sort it out soon ^_^ |

Have you used Deutschrock before? Then you might already have an account without realising.
Or have you tried to create your account first and then go to choose the stuff you want to buy?

i cant remember making an account the last time i used it  if i did i dont know the password lol yeah i tried to make an account and then buy something but it just did the same thing |

Well, that happened before actually. So it's a possibilty, that you might have an account without being aware of it. Just try the Passwort vergessen button for registered users. It'll take you to a page where you have to enter your email address and then you just press Passwort anfordern underneath. It says that you should receive an email with your password within minutes. If you don't receive one you're not registered. Worth a try though.
If that doesn't get you anywhere just send an email to their customer service and see what they'll say.
