Yeah. I can't understand it, I've put in my number and it just won't take it, do you know what I'm doing wrong?

I don't know exactly what it says, so I can't be sure, but I wrote out these step-by-step instructions a while ago for ordering from Deutschrock - it might help? I bolded the CC part:

1) Visit www.deutschrock.de/index.php
2) Type in Tokio Hotel in the search box and click LOS
3) Choose the items you want
3) Note that the coloured boxes next to the items/sizes refer to how long you will have to wait for an item. Red box is 1-3 weeks, etc.
4) To check out click Zur Kasse Gahen
5) This page has a summary of your order. If you are happy with it, click the yellow button that says 'Weiter zum nachsten Schritt'
6) Choose option 1 to checkout without creating an account
7) This is your shipping address. It's quite straightforward to fill out. Here are the fields:

Email - email address
Anrede (gender) - Frau is female, Herr is male
Vorname - first name
Nachname - surname
Firma - ignore this
Strasse, Hausnummer: Road name and then house number
PLZ, Ort: - postcode and then town
UStID.: - put your county here
zus. Info: - you can ignore this
Land - select Grossbritanien
Fon, Fax, Mobile - you can ignore these if you want
Geburtsdatum: - date of birth

Click the yellow button again

8) Here you must click the button to pay by credit card. I don't understand the other option, I'm afraid.

Karte - choose your cc type
Nummer - cc number
Kontoinhaber - card holder name
Gültig bis:- expiry date
Prüfziffer - cvc number (last 3 digits on the back of your cc)

Click yellow button.

9) Summary of your order. Make sure it is correct. Tick the boxes next to the yellow box confirming your order.

10) You'll get an email confirmation of your order.

It's step 8 thats the problem, have I to put the whole 16 digit card number or the last 4 numbers? I've tried both and it will not take either... I've tried my Visa and my Mastercard and neither will accept. I've just sent a VERY angry email to them lol
