So the fandom's going nuts about this, so might as well discuss it here. Diane Warren, American song writer responsible for hits from Pussycat Dolls, Akon, Sean Kingston, Celine Dion, LeAnn Rimes, Cher, and others is working with Tokio Hotel for their next album. It's not ~entirely~ clear what form that will take, but she generally writes songs in full - lyrics and music. sourceI've said enough on this topic elsewhere, but suffice to say I'm not happy about this possibility at all. Pretty much everywhere hates this idea. Except Tokio Hotel America, who always seems to support the things that TH do that are Americanised. I wonder why.
Anyway, I am a little concerned about the backlash from something like this.

not that-everything but just no...won't even be in german I guess. TH would loose their magic for me---that's just what makes them special.
a german band with german texts.
there are so many other bands tryinf to do the english thing....

But it wouldn't be them if some other woman wrote for them.
That's one of the best things about them - they are different than everyone else. No one else is like them. But if somebody writes for them they are going to end up sounding like every other band on the market.
They're gonna end up all Americanised + be like the Jonas Brothers. And I don't really want that LOL!
