IMPORTANT: About tickets for the EMAs

I've just sent an e-mail asking about whether the tickets will be able to be purchased online, when I've got a reply I'll let you all know.

Right, I just rang the arena and talked to a very lovely bloke there.

He said to me details of the tickets haven't actually be announced yet, however it's highly likely that they'll be doing a balled, meaning it's a draw. He said that it's unlikely they'll be on general sale, and that because they expecting such a high outcome of people wanting tickets etc that it will be done like a draw. You still have to buy the tickets, of course but you'll be selected and notified if you have been drawn to be able to buy said ticket.

He doesn't know whether we'll be able to enter online, as again, the ticket arrangements etc HAVEN'T been announced as of yet.

Anyway, another thing I was wondering and didn't think to ask - I wonder if the tickets will be 'allocated' in pairs or singularly? I would have thought pairs?

I'm not sure, and the guy (who sound sehr hot, btw) wouldn't have known either as the arrangements etc have yet to be announced.

I'm sure that any tickets they release will be available online.

The press release said tickets will go 'on sale', which means we may get an opportunity to buy them as part of a general release. Or they will do a draw, which is a popular procedure in the UK for handling in demand tickets. But, given the size of the venue, they might not. The Brit awards and other award shows go on normal ticket buying release, so the EMAs might. We just have to wait and see.

I know we all want to go in. It would be amazing to have a big TH crowd inside cheering them on and I'm sure we'd all love to see TH win an award. So as soon as anyone has info, I'm sure they'll post. Personally, I'd be equally content with just red carpet action, so it's a win win situation for me!

I mean, it's still a chance of meeting the boys if they're there.

aka the best polish act and all of the others too that dont get shown on tele.

I was reading the blog of a girl that used to work for MTV and a VJ for them (Simone) and she said that the official after party is generally dead. There's label execs, sponsors and MTV people, but the stars usually throw their own parties and getting invited to those is what everyone's after. And it's a battle between them who will throw the biggest bash.

So don't be too desperate to make it to the post-awards party - TH will probably have their own party that no one can go to!
