I'm actually in exactly the same possition as Peeves and Char. I may be on just as much but there will be times when I wont be. Plus I'm rehearsing at least twice a week and caring for learning difficulty people once a week so life is gonna be hectic....

This is a tad premature, I still have a few weeks... But it's official... I'm moving to Germany in 4 weeks  I'm moving to Potsdam, just outside Berlin. I'm going to be an au pair, and hopefully this will lead to a TEFL job in Europe, preferrably in a German speaking country as I'm learning the language. Basically, I'll be in Brussels for the TH gig from the 24th-28th of Feb, then on the Sunday (28th) my boyf will fly home and I'll be getting the train on to Berlin. It's sort of like going on holiday and not coming back lol. Means I'll probs not be able to report on the gig though until waaay after it depending on how long it will take to get online lol. |

I'm not such I could leave a boyf though if I had one... I didn't have one when I went, I'd quite like to go back, but I'm loving the fact I can go where I want at home XD

Aww thanks guys! **hugs** I know what you mean Aimee, I'm pretty nervous about leaving my man, we've been together 4 and a half years so it'll be really hard. We've never lived together though, and we're both busy folk so we're used to not seeing each other for a couple of weeks sometimes... but nothing like this. But hey, I've finished uni and he's just gone back to start again so I need to do something with my free time... I thought why not lol  He wants to travel too so we'll be going away in a few years when he's done with uni anyway and I just get the bonus of trying it out on my own now ;D Oh look, I'm rambling... that's the nerves right there lol |

Well, it's not like he can't come and visit right? I'm sure the family will allow you to have him visit you at times and you'll get time off to go home and see him ect... It'll work out (:

Aww yes, it's hard to leave someone behind. But you've been together a long time, and it sounds like you have a good solid relationship. I'm sure it'll be fine.

Ok guys... this is it... signing off now, next time I talk to you all, it'll be from Germany woop! I'm friggin terrified right now lol... more of the flight than anything else though, I HATE flying!  Plus, I can't lift my case... yikes. (Aimee, I decided on the one suitcase after all lol I wasn't willing to pay the excess! hehe) *big hugs* to all, have fun at the gigs those of you who are going! I thought we might as well have a thread where everyone can say goodbye instead of starting new threads everytime someone is going to be gone for a while (or ever!  ) Basically just let everyone know that your leaving for a while for whatever reason e.g. whether your.... grounded going on holiday going to a TH gig etc Post it on here so we won't be bombarded with hundreds of threads here's my goodbye i've got work experience for two weeks and so its gonna be difficult to get on the forum during that time due to hours so don't miss me i know you won'tand i want you to tell me everything that happens when i come back Bye all *huge wave and hugs all round* most you guys have work experience, i have 3 days a week on the internet, because my sister takes over the rest at least you only have 2 weeks mine is lon-g-g-g-gg term |

Starting Apr/May ending Sept/Oct I'll be abroad working as a Resort Rep taking a week off during the last but of July to go to Sonisphere.
I'm gonna miss you lot like crazy and will try to get on the net as much as possible to update you on my job.
I'll be working either: Germany, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Croatia or Italy.
