Bravo rumour - TH and Jonas Bros to tour together

A recent issue of Bravo had an interview with the Jonas Brothers and it said this:

Cool! The Jonas Brothers visited BRAVO….

“One, two, three”, Nick Jonas ( 15 ) sings and bounces in the BRAVO-editorial office in good mood. So typical! Anyway, where the Jonas Brothers appear at the moment they`re in the centre of interest. Nick, Kevin ( 20 ) and Joe ( 18 ) attract attention everywhere.

“Wow, how cool! This is Tokio Hotel”, Nick screams and points enthusiastically to the big poster of the band in the welcome-room.

Suddenly time difference and the early getting up (6 o`clock in the morning!) are forgotten. “We are big fans of Tokio Hotel. The music is awesome. Besides they have also two brothers – like we have”, Joe thinks.

“We want to meet them at any costs. That would be just sensational,”Kevin admits.

And that is not improbable, because the Tokios just go round again in America with full speed. “We would like to play a concert with them. Then all the girls would freak out double passionately. That would be the mega-hammer”, Joe laughs enthusiastically.

What a cool secret plan! But BRAVO found out more: There are already concrete negotiations! Tokio Hotel shall perform as support band of the Jonas Brothers in the USA - in return for that the Jonas Brothers would perform as support band of Tokio Hotel in Europe. What a hot combination! Complete fan-alarm would be guaranteed.

Any thoughts? Personally, having discovered that Fascination Records are now representing the Jonas Brothers and seem to not be on board with TH anymore, I find it a bit weird and confusing for them to collaborate. But even worse than that, I hate the thought of TH going 'Disney'. Yuck.

Personally I hate the idea.

I can`t imagine why they would think it great or neccessary, and hell I don`t want to be subjected to an hour of The JBs at any live show!!!

If Tokio Hotel supported the Jonas Brothers,
then people would just be given another excuse to class them as pop,
Jonas Brothers to me seem more of a McFly or Busted type of band,
and Tokio Hotel put SO much more meaning into their songs,
I think for bands to tour together they've got to have the same type of feeling,
so I don't think it would be so amazing if they did this =/
It wouldn't get them the type of publicity I think they're looking for in America.

Plus from that article the JBs seem really vain about their fans =/

I've never listened to JB so I dont know what they are about - nevertheless - I think its a good and bad idea - good cos it might get more TH fans but bad cos from what you guys are all saying they arent all that and they are totally different - the live shows be be basically two different shows =/

I think its mostly bad because most of the disney fans are all like 9.
That wont make a good image for TH they'd be perseived as a kiddy band like umm umm Busted or McFly haha ! *Sorry if you like them!*

I heard this off a friend. That the Jona's Brothers were mad fans of our Guys.

it doesn't really matter that the Jonas Brothers are fans of Tokio Hotel,
They wouldn't exactly be going on tour together to become bum chums with each other,
touring is about picking up more fans and becoming better known,
if people just see them on tour with a Disney band they'll think they're Disney too.
TH don't need that and shouldn't want it...
