I.e- organising promotional events, interviews etc. :]

aswell as signing bands a good place to start the ball rolling would to have a magazine and then raise money and then go onto signing bands whilst your minions keep the magazine going  |

'Realisation' is the latest Magazine to grace the music scene, along with this the magazine is owned by Realisation Records, an up and coming label brought to you by English Teenager, Rebecca Stoddart. Ready to sign bands, or solo artists who she, and her R-Team, believe will become big. This label doesn't stick to just one genre, but many of them as the owner of Realisation Records, and magazine, believe in diversity in Music and thinks that a label shouldn't just have one genre of music they want to sign but multiple choices to grab the music scene by the horns and show those signed to her label the limelight.'
