I'm really curious - are you a member of a street team for a different band? Do you know of any other really awesome street teams? Nash was telling me about Elliot Minor's street team, so it got me wondering.  Claire |

I'm signed up to the Elliot Minor mailing list I think. They send you stuff I got a xmas card and today I got like a letter thing, a promotion leaflet thing for their new single, and a dog tag necklace thing But they sent it twice so yay I can give one lot of shizz to a friend |

ahhh ! elliot minor's street team is good, a bit of topic but... eveyone i know HATES elliot minor sooo much ! i mean why ? their really good ! and great live, and aswell they always come out after to meet everyone and there all lovely guys ! so stop hating ! lool moving on.... i am in a few street teams, but im being honest when i say this none of them are as active, friendly or welcoming as this one. claire you do a great job  |

Yes Elliot Minors ST have got and do some amazing things for there fans, and have given us some good ideas for the future. I got the christmas card and letter today aswell. Its really good to see how other STs interact and work, and use thre good points for ours hehe, so we can also me the ultimate ST  Nikki when did you see them live? I saw them at Wemble with McFly<3 |

Yeah, I considered joining the 30STM Street Team, well, that Echelon thing they have going on, but everyone was relaly mean to each other and were competeing over who was the biggest fan. They ddin't do much either really. Although, I must admit, the mods and stuff were really nice, helping people organise transport to and from gigs and accomodation and tickets and stuff. But, Tokio Hotel Street Team, has to be the best by far It's so much fun and is super friendly |

I was a member of the 30STM street team (some people were just plain scary!) and I'm still a member of the Roadrunner Records street team

I used to run the ST for a band called Alucard, but quit because I love you all more...ha! don't tell them that though XD

I "joined" the Echlon for reseach lol. I found they were as you said "scary" and pretty nasty and most certainly TH haters (majority). So yeah not the best ST to model ours on. But im sure there are some good points in there aswell. I just didnt get that fare

lool. it really is different here, and im serious lol not just saying it. there's no competition or nastyness towards people, we all just get along in the big TH UK ST FAMILY ok thats all the cheese for now. |

The Echelon, ahem, lol. They're an odd bunch. Do they even like eachother?
I don't see the point in competition over who likes the band more. We all LOVE them. That's all we need to know. And my personal favourite activity is telling people things about TH that they didn't know, introducing them, making them into an obsessed fan, so newbies are like my favourite people. Hahaha.
Anyway, the reason I wanted to know is because I'm curious about what other street teams do, the kind of support they have, etc. I'm probably just torturing myself because we don't get the kind of support from the record label that obviously Elliot Minor's street team has, but it's always good to know what's out there. Plus, there maybe other ideas that we can use and adapt from them.

well to be quite honest elliot minor can have all the support they like, but its on to larger scale for everyone to know eachother and all get along.
whereas here......
we may not be that well recognised by people but its much more real if that makes sense, we all chat and ive met some Great people on this forum.
