I'm really good at cooking and baking actually, i just don't do it often enough for people to know. I only do it to impress people.
My cakes are according to alot of people the best they've tried; One use to be a chef himself and he said i got it "bang on and i should make him one for himself".
I've only had one cake go wrong, i felt terrible cuz it was my mum's brithday cake last year. I was setting up a surprise downstairs so when she came down in the morning it would be all decorated. So i was really tired cuz i was baking at like 3am and the cake caved in the middle so i ended up throwing it at a wall.
So yeah i'm quite a perfectionist when it comes to cooking and baking..
My cooking skills are ..(homemade no prepack)
-Lasange
-Tikka
-Pasta Bakes (Veggie ones and Tuna Pasta Bakes)
-Curry
-Fish Pie

I am useless at cooking so I don't cook. I like making cakes out of boxes though xD This thread had made me want to make cakes so i'm going to make some later  I'm going to make: Chocolate cupcakes with Cadbury Dairy Milk melted on top with chocolate sprinkles and two sponge cakes with icing, one with chocolate sprinkles, the other decorated with icing pens Pretty boring but it's the best I can do x] Ooo, I love those Quorn poppin bites. My sister cooked them for me every night when I stayed with her xD |

I'll have to get up at half six-ish tomorrow to bake my mum a Birthday cake. Too early. It's a bit of a pain I have no cocoa for icing. Hmm Ooh, Cadbury's cupcakes. I may have to steal some. |

I never have the time nor the ingredients to be a good cook, but I'm talking Food Technology next year so that shall all have to change. I'm actually rather skilled at cooking, but I lack the apparatus for it.
