Finally saw Boy In Striped Pyjamas and Superbad.  Impressed by both! I'll be seeing Avatar too, anyone seen it? I'm interested about them remaking The Karate Kid, it'll be interesting if they'll keep it all the same and I'm glad Jackie Chan will sort of be making a comeback. You don't see him in much nowadays (or at least I don't). XD |

'Daybreakers' was... absolutely AMAZING! Totally epic, one of my all time favourites I'd say... :-) I can't even describe how good this movie was, it could easily have died a horrible death with it being 'another' vampire movie and all, but it was so well acted, Ethan Hawke and Willem Dafoe were brilliant and Sam Neill made suuch a good bad guy. I couldn't help but grin when I heard that Ethan Hawke's character was called Edward lol. It's a completely new take on vampires, well worth seeing... *am smitten* ♥

Has anyone watched Black Swan yet? Starring Natalie Portman? I've just watched it, SUPER good but pretty twisted...

Watched Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring last night. Hadnt watched it in a while. It was good.
Saw 6th Harry Potter film again last week. I liked it the 1st time I saw it but didnt so much the 2nd time. Iv not been impressed with them since the 3rd one anyway. I go to see them in the hope they wont be that bad but they let me down.

Ah, I've heard Moon is supposed to be good but I haven't seen it! What's it about? Well I can't say too much without giving the whole plot away but basically it's based in the future and is about this man who works on the moon collecting lunar energy (supposedly, in the future, this source of energy solves all our environmental issues). It's just about his struggle with his situation really, and how a serious accident changes his perspective on everything. That probably sounds really boring xD but I can't give away too much or it will be ruined. It'd be like someone telling you the end of the Usual Suspects or something. |
