I hate to be horrible but i hope he does lose his licence or get at least a fine ive lost my licence for less My friends have died in car accidents, My Father died in a car accident and ive been in car accidents I believe that getting behind the wheel is like picking up a gun it is a weapon that can kill someone
so if im unpopular for saying he should get a fine or a slap across the wrists then fine But i definately have reason to disapprove of people who are reckless drivers.

there will be consequences. He is in his 2 years of "testing time"as far as I know so this accident should be enough to loose his licence.
I'm actually not sorry for him, just for him appearing in the newspapers/news etc as I don't think it's good feeling to cause something like that anyway. He was an idiot for driving like that and some patience would have been good!

yay.. i made a comment on another forum run by a girl in Missisippi (she has no members so i go on there to make her feel better...) and they were like pming me abuse cause i said its his fault and i dont feel sorry for him.. i hoped he got in trouble Im sick of celebs getting away with breaking the law PAris hilton, lindsay... lohan? etc. I lost my licence for 6 months for being 15km over the speed limit on a country road (basically i didnt see a car for 2ookm then a police car rocks up..) And i know germany is strict on driving (i got pulled over for not sitting at a stop sign long enough in leipzig.. i also got yelled at by old ladies for trying to cross the road when it was stil the red man....)

Nah, I agree, Kate. I don't know why people would send you rude PMs when you just express your point of view with regards to this. He made a mistake. One that could've had way more serious consequences. I'm sure he feels really bad about it and truly regrets it. It probably was just one of those moments in life where we make a stupid decision that we immediately regret but then it's too late. He and the other people involved were still lucky but he should be punished for it like anybody else would've. I only feel sorry for him because of the pressure from the media etc. this causes for him and the band. It's bad enough when you have to deal with stupid mistakes like that but when you have to do it in public it's even worse.

I think it's wrong what happened
But I feel so sorry for him because it is getting lots of coverage and what's worse then doing something you regret and feelign ashamed and guilty about it is if everyone is tutting at you and everyone knows.
