So I was front center at the Atlanta concert and all I have to say about the tattoo rumor is I SWEAR HE WORE A LONGER SHIRT ON PURPOSE, just so it wouldn't ride up and he could mess with us, don't you see what he's doing, HE started the rumor, he's definitly stalking the fan sites laughing his ass off at everyone right now.
But another tattoo would be much yum, just not on his other hip, he needs a tramp stamp.

LOL ariellabella, you're probably right. I can't believe there's still no picture of this. At least with the arm tattoo we could find out really quickly. But this one could take a while. People are convinced Bill's hiding it, but I don't think so. We rarely get a glimpse of the star anymore. It will need Bill purposely lifting his shirt to show it.
