If he does regret it, it's probably because from what I've seen, it's a really bad tattoo. The symbol is obviously cool, but the quality of the tattoo is poor.

Its not that i dont think Claire, i mean, why would you get a band's logo tatooed? :/ my ex best friend had 2 Green Day logos tatooed. bleh.

ALSO! Ive decided that the "Freiheit 1989" is not about his birthday, Its about the fall of the Berlin Wall, which was in 1989, since he was born in East Germany and that was the bad side. Jesus I chat nonsense. please hit me.

Yeah the quality of his neck one is poor.
He didn't get it done in a tattoo parlor, some friend of his mum did it.
My friend had the same problem, hers is a little risen still, 2years on.
Imagine he has the Berlin wall tattooed now XD

Its a Generalisation pumped into our heads by the united states.. Communism as a theory is NOT BAD..
