Guys, the MTV site is down, so I am assuming that the auto voting caused them to kick the bucket. I don't think we should auto vote, even if Rick Astley fans do. They're assholes and they might win, but I want the voting process to stay with fans.
I just hate that people autovote. It ruins the fun of voting and awards shows.

Guys, in response to all the auto voting crap that Rick Astley fans are doing, see here: forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=110153&p=5 and digg.com/music/Rick_Astley_shortlisted_for_MTV_awardI have emailed MTV about it. If you want to do the same, please do so politely and without mentioning Tokio Hotel. Just say 'favourite artist' when talking about it and say that you do not agree with auto voting being counted and that you spent time voting for your favourite artist and that it's not fair. This guy has replied to me regards Best Act Ever in the past, so I recommend using this email address: press@viacom.co.ukBe clear about what you're talking about and use links to illustrate. Claire x

What also bothers me, is that whenever the nominees are announced, on e.g the radio, Tokio Hotel are constantly missed. Its like "huh". me and Amiee were discussing this last night. Yeah, Radio 1 mentioned ALL of the ema nominees for Best Act Ever and missed out TH
They also missed out Green day a couple of times, but TH didn't get a single mention

But I was at my Nana's earlier today and she and my Granada took great pleasure in telling me that they heard on "telly" last night that Tokio Hotel had been nominated for some award along with Britney, Rick Astley etc. And they only watch BBC so they are being mention somewhere!

This rickrolling stuff is way confusing, I blame that Rick Astley guy! It's all his fault...apparently... :S Well I'm still voting like crazy for 'best act ever' and 'headliner'
