MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS!
Talk about :
What insturment you have / play/
What you would LIKE to play.
If you have lessons for your instruemnt.
BASICALLY anything about msuical intruemnts lol.
I also need help making a decision of should i play the drums or the voilin?
ATM I'm thinking Violin cos its so.. yeah y'know lol.
HELP!!

Does the larynx count as an instrument? Because I'm a singer, but other than that I can't play a thing. I spent a few years learning the violin though, and it's really hard actually. Worth it if you're good at it though. If I could, I'd like to learn keyboard and guitar, but I can't multi-task so I'll stick with singing. I had singing lessons once, but I quit because I hated the teacher - no really, she was horrible to me. Now I just use a warm-up song I got from a book every day *or whenever I remember at least* Which reminds me *goes off to practice singing*

im a singer but i am highly musical i taught myself piano violin drums and guitar also electric bass and i can do dj decks LOL but ive had singing lessons since i was 10 and ive been singing training since i was 4 and im going to a musical college and im going to do my degree at the music guildhall  |

i learned myself guitar and i play it in my group. i tried to learn piano but i was too impatient for that^^

I'm in the middle of learning to play the piano. I've sent a few mails to piano teachers near me, inquiring about lessons... but I'm not sure. I like learning by myself.  Then again, I want to learn at a faster pace than I am at the moment... I've had a guitar for nearly four years, but haven't really bothered with playing it much. I'm too impatient.  |

I have a guitar but my dad hasn't been bothered to teach me to play so i'm slowly ..actually make that VERY slowly teaching myself and hoping to have the help of 2 friends that play aswell..Hopefully one will teach me bass too But i can play violin and the flute and a little piano as well as the basics like triangle and recorder xD But i want to learn drums so i can annoy the heck out of both neighbours |

I'm also a singer.
I haven't had any lessons, but I was offered lessons from my local talent scout who is also a family friend as it happens as she has taught many members of my family, but at the time, they were really expensive.
But I'm hopeless when it comes to learning to play an instrument.
I have an acoustic guitar, which I've had for years, I bought myself an electric guitar and taught myself to play a few things, but then I just gave up.

I wanna learn to sing, play guitar and play drums. Sing so I can serenade someone, Guitar so I can rock out and drums so I can take my anger out on them. xD

I voted for 'other' as I'd love to be able to play the harmonica. Lol. Seriously - played well, it sounds awesome.
I can play a tin whistle, and a few riffs on the guitar, but nothing else.

ME ME ME! PICK MEEE!! I can play nothing! But I used to be able to sing until my voice went deep and ended up manly... I used to be in choirs an I sang at wembley I'm going to get violin lessons though, but I've broken the string (this is my first day with it) so I'm going to hooters to get a new one an also to get a tuner an ask why the violing wont make any sound. LOL! |

I did learn to play the guitar a bit but then my guitar teacher stopped giving me lessons because I kept missing htem, plus I was learning to do it righty, and I'm practically a strict lefty! xD |
