This doesn't strictly related to the forum, but I posted this policy announcement on the street team myspace, facebook and live journal accounts. Thought it was worth repeating here:
Dear ST,
The team and I have formalised a new policy with regards to the street team on Myspace, Facebook and Live Journal.
Given the time that we have been putting in up until now, you may, or may not, have noticed that we have not been updating as frequently as we have in the past. The decision has been made that the Official Tokio Hotel UK Street Team will from now on only post news and information directly relating to Tokio Hotel and the UK music industry and fan community.
All news and information regarding Tokio Hotel in other countries will not be posted here. This policy stands for the immediate future and as a team we will reassess it at regular intervals.
Major national and international voting efforts will still be posted and supported here. We are first and foremost fans and we support Tokio Hotel in everything they do internationally - we will always take time out of our day to help them win major music awards, no matter what country it relates to. And we will encourage you to do the same.
We would like to direct you to several excellent fansites that will keep you updated with news and information, interviews and video messages, etc.

In the near future we will be unveiling our own fansite, but in the meantime, we recommend those sites to get full and up to date news and information on Tokio Hotel in the English language.

And to keep it relevant , for anyone that buys it - UK teen mag, Sugar, has a tiny weeny mention of Bill and his make-up again this week. Gosh, they do love him!

Most of us look on those fansites anyway, so when there is something posted from you guys, we can get all excited about it. It will mean Tokio Hotel UK news, which is something to get excited about
