Hey
Don’t worry we are not going to leave any UK fans out, we will arrange something for all of us to do to show support to the guys. We have no fixed plans yet as we are going to work on the April meet up first, but keep the ideas flooding in we may use them. However the EMAS are a really busy time for TH so I doubt we will be able to do something that directly involves giving it to the guys. So get your thinking caps on!

What about a massive banner that all UK fans sign?
Like a Uk flag with messages stuck on?

OH I LOVE THAT IDEA!!!!!!!!! sorry, but if we cant give it to the boys personally, then by having people sign itand having it shown is still good. but one problem, we cant personally sign it cos then it would be sent everywhere, unless people sent their messges to someone by post then they stick it on =/ I dunno =/

Hmmm...You could maybe send it... If it was a cloth flag then it wouldn't cost much in the post. But that would take time to get to everyone and you'd also risk losing track of it or it getting lost in the post!!! not so good! If everyone could find someone with a scanner they could sign they're name and scan it in and then send it to someone to stick them all on... but that would be very fragile as a cloth flag...unless it was a cardboard flag... You might be able to cover it with sticki-back plastic? If you printed the signatures onto laminate or tracing paper they would even be transparent and then you could see the flag through them... I dunno...it still doesn't sound quite plausable...

I don't know about people giving out thier adresses, that might not be a good idea... Not that I don't trust you people... you all seem great, but you never know who might get hold of them...Although I do like the idea in theory!

Oh wait, yeah that's right. I always forget about the dangers of the internet and such. That'd be a bit pants if someone decided not to send it on (or it got lost in the post.)

Okay, here's an idea for you folks.
I've been reading the flag idea and I really like it, but obviously there are some probs with sending things round, etc.
I have a suggestion - a patchwork flag.
Everyone that wants to participate can send a small personalised piece of the flag. You can make it a union jack or the welsh flag, or whatever design you wish. You can add a personalised message of luck or whatever.
I will get all these entries sent to me and then I will sew all the pieces together into one awesome street team patchwork flag.
What do people think? No one needs to share their address (except me, but I'm fine with that, done it before) and everyone gets to add their name to the flag, gives people a chance to be a little creative and it's something cool for the boys.
Thoughts?

OMG I LOVE THAT IDEA!!!! sorry... but that is an awesome idea =D does it just have to be little fabric flags of the UK/ireland/wales??? or can we customize the fabric?? =D

I would say that you can customise it however you like. Obviously, since it's a flag, a flag theme is preferable so they know what it is, lol, but if people want to do their own thing, I don't see why not. I'm all for creativity.

Lol...maybe we should all send in GB colours, so Red, white or Blue...then when its put together it'll be the colours of the union jack?
Then we could write our messages on them and personalise them...*squeak* EXCITED!
Should we decide on the size of these pieces of fabric we're sending in? ...because...well if they're all different sizes (huge or tiny), then that could get complicated...
Love the idea claire, sounds great!
