If you are transexual, and have been wearing women's clothes for a year you can legally be called a 'he,' and enter the ladies toilets. It's not as if he's perverted or anything, and you can't just have the op like that. You can't snap your fingers and a surgeon appears and says 'time for the snip,' you know? You can be on waiting lists for years for any kind of operation. It's legally allowed, as I've said, that if a transexual male has been dressing in women's clothes for over a year he's allowed to go to the ladies loo's because he wants to be female. It's not as if some guy can dress as a woman for one day and enter, it has to be for a year and then he can be legally classified as a woman. Yep yep, agreeing. XP I've heard the waiting lists for operations like this are INCREDIBLY long if you don't go private. The NHS sucks. I know a little bit about this kinda stuff =P You have to have lived as the opposite gender for a year to be able to get hormones, butI think you can legally change your name at any time. (There was one dude who changed his name to 'Yorkshire Banks are Facist B**tards' or something XD). Didn't really know there was rules on loos though. I guess its all harassment laws and stuff. if that's the only way him and his wife can have kids then hey, why not?
ahahahaha,
wouldn't that freak you out,
going into the loos and some guy/girl wearing girl/guys clothes was in there,
and then they're like "oh don't worry... i've been doing this stuff for over a year"

Kraig-x ahaha. theyr not LONG. the NHS could give people these ops unbelievably quickly if they wanted. but theyr just a bit... transexual-ist (  ) and think that its an uneccesary operation, and a *cough* 'waste of money' so they dont need to give it as much attention. which is a bit stupid... cos then they would have to 'waste their money' on 'uneccesary' counselling, etc, aswell . NHS are pretty err genderist? (does that make ?) its a bit dum tho, if you can give plastic surgery to somebody who looks a bit weird and unhappy with their appearcnce, then why not give people sex change ops cos theyr unhappy with the way tey look aswell.. ?? |

the other day i was telling my cousin about the pregnant man expecting her to freak out (i love getting reactions off her LOL) and instead she was like
'i know! and hes so beautfiul aswell! his little beard and his smooth skin and stuff'
