Okay, i got the idea for this thread after a little conversation with Snowy, on the piercings/tattoo's thread. She said she wanted certain tattoo's to remember her dad, and i said i did too. which got me thinking about all my favourite memories with him. one like, he would always walk about the house, singing one line, from a song no one knows  'Oh what a beautiful morning...' then he'd whistle. thats one of my all time favourite memories. what are yours? |

At one point, I would go to my dad's house every Friday night - well, he would take me and my sister, my other sister always had to work - and one time it was 1:30am and we were listening to Love Metal and when The Sacrament came on, he'd turn the volume riiight up to full blast when the song got loud and the motorways would be empty so we totally got away with it! Also, every Saturday evening, he would get us something from the chippy because usually he cba to cook, and he'd give us random History lessons about ABBA or his childhood or Germany or summat like that. And he was the one who introduced me to The Rasmus, HIM and Within Temptation. And I think he probs introduced me to Tokio Hotel from beyond the grave because I first heard Schrei on his birthday in 2005 (December 16th), Nyaha!  |

aaawww you guys... you dads must have been amaze peoples [: *huggles* my favourite memories are always from my friends at school, and with my mum when i was small :-) ehm... when i was younger and my mum used to take me and my sister and brother to the park, and me and romana were swinging on the swings seeing who could go higher and then i started feeling sick because we had almost reacher the big tree  lol (: my parents taking us lot to the park to have a picnic and mum packed like LOADS of awesome stuff like roast chicken and rice and sandwhiches and cake and kebabs and we sat there during sunset stuffing our faces, we were little kids, haha it was awesome  ehm cuddling up to my mum at random times when i was smaller, sleeping with her, me and my brother and sister fighting over who get to sleep next to her xD!! i still sleep next to her sometimes tho and cuddle her at random times and kiss her in public because i am the biggest f*ucking kid you'll see LOL ;D... i probably embaress HER!! ehm being a toddler and sitting on dads lap and making him blow up his cheeks and then patting them in so they make that really funny farty sound!  me and nathan and maya shouting !BINGO! mid english lesson for a dare and then actually ROFLING xD!! tickling amy in citizenship so much we're on the verge of weeing ourselves, and then getting chucked out of lesson after the teacher publicly announces that I am touching amy xD!! ah.. so many man L E T T H E G O O D T I M E S R O L L |

I remember me and my friend Gemma walking down to the docks for no reason, and I had my bike (cause its a long walk from mine to the park between our houses). And we just stood there, watching the ducks, saying that the seagulls on the bollards were scene kids and the two ducks going off on their own were gay emo boys.
And we just... talked. About everything. From things with me to things with her, to things with us, and about our friends and our lives and just... talked about everything really. It was a really sweet day, just me and her.
But now we're not friends, and she's still mad at me for something I did in September, so all I have now are memories of those lot =P

I have some really good memories of me and my friend Dawn as we went on holiday with each other twice in the summer of last year! We just had such a great time and such a laugh. However three weeks ago she just turned against me =[

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWH  I used to make farty noises with dad too My best memories: My Dad taking me, salma and my little brother to the allotment ( rented garden ) in a massive grey wheelbarrow when it was so sunny, and me and salma would be at the sides with massive compost bags on our legs and seed packets and my brother would be at the back with his little garden fork prodding us. Das was sehr SpaB. *That was very fun* Me and my sister sitting on the little tarmac area in the park and drinking oragne juice when I was bout 3 and she was 5 and my 2 year old brother suddenly coming up to us with one of those water bottle where you have to squeeze or suck at the bottle to get the water out, and he bent down and sprayed us with it and then stood up straight with his trademark cheekygrin, closed eyes and massive dimples and then we chased him.  AND when our mum took us to whipsnade zoo and we went on the little train and it was really sunny and our mum bought us flake ice creams and later we had our picnic, and there was roast chicken, rice, kebabs, bakoreys ( some asian basin flour thing ), cakes, sandwiches, cream biscuits, orange jiuce, apple jiuce and coke and we ate it with our cousin and her children and i went on the massive tunnel slide thing with a cream cake in my hand and it accidently went smack in a 9 year old boys face and i just sat there crying cos i thought he was gunna sit me and i was only 4. Silly me ;D And in secondry school I was a late arival and every one was in their groups but i ended up with 3 auden house girls even though i was in sutherland house at school ( yeah we have that 4 house thing like in harrypotter ) and i was best mates with the 3rd girl who had hair like toms colour and we were so awesome and silly around school. But yeah then she left me cos i told her something and she didnt care so she broke up with me.. ( nothing DIRTY ) Best moments: Walking in the rain and realising how beautiful everything looked. Sitting in the shade when it was really sunny and realising how glowy and pretty everything was. Realising how the waether was always awesome  Walking home from shcool on thurdsay 1st may 08 and it was thunder and lightning and there was a massive cloud that was PURPLE and a gold cloudover the town - im gunna stop cos yeah these are pretty lame moments you know? BEST THINGS: COOKIES. CAKES. ICE CREAM. CHIPS. PIZZA HUT. ok it's a cuple of yrs ago my best frend passed away but i don't think i will ever forget my mum embarissssing me in front of her on my Birthday!!!!! My mum started dancing like a goon and she thought she was funny!?!?!?!...... .....Oh yeah the besssssssst thing with my best frend was when we had Drama class and cause she was of a tiny frame she wanted me to catch her as she jumped off the stage (this was in year 10). I caught her but had 2 run forward as i thought she would have jumped further and so when i caught her we both collapsed on the floor and fell into a fit of laughter hahaha .......everyone was asking if we were alright but we were laughing too histerically to answer and were both dyin 4 th loo after being in stitches for a whole hour!! Forever in my memories! the only girl who ever understood me & solved my problems <3<3<3 |

Well my favourite memorie is my dad.I like thinking of him and remembering thinks.

i remember once when i was really small, me and my mum and my brother and the people next door and down the road and their mums and their brothers, all went to some lake, like in the summer.
and it was really sunny and then we all jumped in the lake with all our clothes on and there were some fish in there and one came and sat in my hand and it was all wriggley and squirmy
but it was alright cos it didn't die since we were in the water and all
and then we all got out of the lake and lay there and it was all sunny
and we had cherries and i remember we were them and spitting out the pips, seeing who could spit furthest
i like that memory, cos i never see anyone down my road anymore, since most of them moved away,
but i'm still here (:

Aah yes, that reminds me of a time when I met a girl called Mel in school. My cousin Tim was getting married in Jan 03, and I was surprised to see Mel at the wedding party, and then I found out that she's ach my cousin-in-law, on Louise's side of the family.
This one's not so much a happy memory, but I did find it amusing. It was March 06, and everyone except my bf found out that I kissed another guy at my cousin's 21st birthday party, aaaaand - actually he found out and it took him two days to forgive me by the time this happened! - and a girl who used to hang out with us screamed as loud as she could "Sophie Benton is a f***ing wh0re!!" so the whole school could hear. I found it amusing because if my bf can forgive me in two days, surely a friend can forgive me in a shorter time? But no. She had to rub it in. And it also amused me because my sister does it all the time - except she doesn't mean it. Aah well. Such a Dysfunctional Family I come from, ne?

Ok, one weird memory
There was this trip to Borwick Hall in Year 6, and we were on this boat-canoe thing in the middle of a canal. We had to do with weirdo penguin dance, and I fell in the canal XP The only one to fall in! I rock XD

LOL Kraig! a funny memory i can remember... there was me, Jodie (besty) and an old friend Katie performed in front of our whole primary school the song.. Whole again, by Atomic Kitten and i wore this silver boob-tube thing and it was minging but at the time i loved it and we sang with fake microphones, they were toilet roles covered in sparkly tights! lmaooo. i'm loling just remembering it ! |
