BAFTA Awards 2008 - my pics from the red carpet

So, I go to the BAFTA awards every year and hit the red carpet to watch all my favourite movie stars arrive. I'm a movie geek and a celebrity geek and an all round GEEK. LOL. I've met most of my favourite stars briefly at least.

Anyway, this year was kind of manic and far worse than last year for meeting celebs because they all arrived at the same time, which means there was an a-list actor every way you turned.

But, the reason I went was for Viggo Mortensen. He's my favourite person in the whole world (sorry Bill) and he's just an amazing man, actor, poet, painter, photographer, singer, writer and political activist. Bascially, he's a god and a hero to me. And I spoke to him. Admittedly it was a rather lame thing, but he was completely adorable when he saw the picture I asked him to sign and he was so handsome.

I`ve met Nick a few times. My mum was one of the original Duranies, LOL . Nick is the most gorgeous guy and he`s soooo sweet. Simon too.

Oh! I have a good Tilda Swinton story. She was signing for me and it was all going quite manic. Anyway, she said 'who's that following behind me?' I couldn't quite see, so she had moved on one before I saw it was Daniel Radcliffe. So when I could see I turned to Razzle, who was with me, and said: 'shit, it's Danel Radcliffe' (I'm a Potter fan LOL) and Tilda laughed because she'd heard me and she said: "Ohhh, Daniel RADCLIFFE. I thought they were shouting for Daniel Craig'. Haha. She was awesome. And such a striking woman.

Nick didn't sign. I have to admit, I didn't have a clue who he was.
