Ok, well I think we've established that this is an Internet Explorer problem. I'm using Chrome and the website is fine. But I just checked it on IE and it also isn't working for me on there.
This at least gives us something to go on, so we're onto it now! 
Just out of interest, are you both using up to date versions of IE? (mine isn't)

Mine isn't the most up to date version. It's the one before Internet Explorer 8 (which i think is the newest version?) I'm glad we're getting somewhere with the issue |

We're not completely certain yet, but it seems the website is working fine in the latest version of IE, so it's possible that this could be the issue, and you might need to update it.
But we're not 100% sure yet. I've sent some screenshots and the details of the problems you described, so hopefully we're well on the way to sorting it out. But I think it's worth updating your IE and seeing if it improves things?

I wasn't having problems before but now I'm having some IE issues too :/ I've just updated to the newest version of IE (which is number 9, it was at 8 before) and I still seem to be having some problems with the site. I'm using Firefox for just now though and it works great on that  |

Thanks for keeping the details coming, they all help us to figure out exactly what's going on.
We'll have an update for you in the next 24 hours. Until then you should be able to view the website fine in any other browser if you have one

Just upgraded to IE 9 but it's still messing up for me. Guess i'll have to wait a lil longer as i don't have another browser :/

I never tried updating my IE because i never really liked IE 8 and i thought that was still the newest one  and i dont think i want 9 either - i just like my IE the way it is. So i was going to update it if you guys had success updating it, but it seems like that's not the issue so i'll leave mine on whatever it was Thank you Liz |

Hey guys, good news I hope! The website should now be working fine for you in IE? I've checked it myself and it's working perfectly for me with IE.
The problem was apparently caused by a spelling misake within the coding which has now been corrected.
