I use a make-up from a range of brands, but I must admit I love Rimmel's khol eyeliner. But, I have various different brands at home ranging from Rimmel and No.17 to Chanel and Yves Saint Laurant (OMG, I got the best limited edition YSL lipgloss pendant thing for Christmas.)
I have a wicked Chanel pallette with an amazing black eyeshadow in it, which I use sometime. It has sparkles in it and it's the best I've found to make my eyes look anything like the darkness of Bill's, but I don't wear eyeshadow of that intensity often, so I've never looked for a cheaper one. That was £35.
Oh god, I love this thread. I could talk about make-up forever. I have so much of the stuff!

Oh, and similar to what alexguitar3071 linked to, MAC do amaaaaaaazing pigments for the eyes. The intensity of the colours is just awesome. I love the greens. But, if you want a cheaper alternative that you can probably find in shops (I've never heard of Blue Banana before) is Barry M. I have their green and red and it's cool.
I may not be fully up to date with all the make-up brands though. I went in Boots over Xmas and was completely shocked at all the low price make-up brands. I'm sure when I was younger and just starting to wear make-up, 90% of them didn't exist.

I don't wear make up because ... I don't actualy know how to put it on :S

Ooh I'll be having a look at the MAC stuff thanks Claire! I tend to just wear a bit of foundation, eyeliner and mascara on a day to day basis. If I'm feeling like it...I'll wear eyeshadow too, but not very often! And ninixx, it's not as difficult as it first seems, just make sure you have face wipes handy just in case it goes wrong! (After my eyeliner...my face wipes are my best friend make-up wise)

Stargazer is amazing, and its also good for black nail varnish or any colour really, you dont need endless coats to get it to be a solid colour!.
Eyeliners *lol*
For a very smudgy one MAC's are brilliant, not kidding though expensive!! Rimmel are good too especially their liquid ones.

I must place my own imput on make-up =P Stargazer do a lot more make-up on their actual website, and its pretty decent value. The Velvet Eyeshadow is the best, and it comes in a little compact =P Its awesome. Their eyeliners are brill too, and their foundation. The liquid eyeliners are great for doing li'l doodles in the corners of your eyes XD Here's their site: clickyBarry M is best for nail polishes. It dries fast, though you do need at least two layers on for the black to look good. I've not bought anything else from there cause powder eyeshadows don't work for me =P But they've got funky coloured mascaras. Boots 17 is good for cheap-ish-ness. I use(d) their black eyeshadow a lot, and their nail polish before I found Barry M =3 In fact, this is the best eyeshadow I buy in a store. And god I feel like such a girl XD Blame Liam! That gay-boy always talks make-up with me!
