How To Get Eye Make Up Like Bill..

So, we all know Bill has good make up
and ive trained a little as a make up artist.
im currently working in the Channel 4 studios as a make up artist assistant.
so i'll start with a a tutorial in Bills Eye make up
i cant promise it will be EXCATLY the same because obviously i have never seen him do it, and im not him so he may have different methods.

right basically bill has lots of different looks but this is the one im hoping to re-create:

okay so first of all
you will need:
1 eyeliner with a medium thickness brush
1 black eyeshadow [brand is not important but Rimmel have a good one and Bourjois and also H&M have got a REALLY sparkley one *oooo sparkles*
1 kohl black
1 brush
and then tissues or wipes if it goes wrong and shizzz.


right so start with applying a quite thick line of eyeliner from the very corner of your eye to the very end of your lashes.
[flick it if you like flicks, but not to much]
then go underneath your bottom lashes all the way round but very thin
join up everything so its a ring around your eye
[DONT MAKE THE BOTTOM LINE TOO THICK a very EMO warning]
then get your eyeshadow, and follow the outline of your eye-lid
put on ALOT on your eyelid
make it really heavy and black [''SEXY SEXY'']
then put a really little bit on the underneath of your eye
right now it should hopefully look quite nice
[well it does when i do it:D]
then from the top of your eyelid use the brush to blend it into your eye going towards your eyebrow.
then on the line on the inside of your eye put a thick layer of kohl
HOPEFULLY that was useful, im explaining it as best i can
but if you have any problems dont hesitate to ask
ill put some more up about face make up a little later on.

yeah nini is right
there are some REALLY good brands out there
but depending on your price range its limited
i would say if your like me [BROKE]
then something on the Superdrug shelves will suffice,
rimmel is a very good kohl eyeliner
bourjois is a good for liquid
and eyeshadow mmm well i use two rimmel has quite a good black one
but its not very intense if you know what i mean
it doesnt come out BLACK enough
H&M has a REALLY good one and its sparkley
[ i think i have mentioned these SPARKLES before... baha]
but yeah it comes out really black and glittery
and H&M is well cheap so
yeah
shop around a bit see what suits you
also check that your not allergic to things
if your are stick with boots No.7 for hypoallergenic make up
it may be more pricey but your eyes are priceless.

[ i can tell you from experience using very cheap make up and dirty brushes can be very devastating in the future so take care when using any type of make up alrighty ladies? ]

I always used the Rimmel eyeliner, but I found it smudged easily, and rubbed off easily. So I tried the Miss Sporty eyeliner pencil, and it's great! I've got a grey/black eyeshadow by Miss Sporty too.

Also, a good make of black eyeshadow I've found is the make they sell in Blue Banana. It's called 'Stargazer'. They do some really cool colours too, as I've seen flourescent colours on their shelves.
