It’s the jolly time of year again: time for a Christmas competition.
This year THUKST is in the festive mood for all things sweet. We want you to get out those stylish aprons and fill your homes with the delightful smells of baked goods or any kind of Christmas dessert that might be a seasonal tradition for you. That’s not all though – we want you to give it a unique Tokio Hotel twist.
Prize::
* 1 x Humanoid Super Deluxe Edt (German) with flag
* 1 copy of German Intro magazine (with the awesome cover art as mentioned on Tom’s blog a while back, including an interview with the twins)
* 1 copy of Star Pics magazine - TH special (German)
* 1 THUKST hoodie (of the same design as Kim wore throughout the MTV Fanwalk to the EMAs this year)
INFORMATION AND RULES:
* The competition is open to THUKST members only.
Being a THUKST member means you don’t necessarily have to be from the UK but you have to be signed up with our forum or our other social network profiles.
* Your entry can be any kind of dessert, cookies or cake – anything really, as long as it’s sweet and clearly Tokio Hotel-fied. Everything needs to be edible including decorations (e.g. fruit) you’re using. Get creative!
* All entries must clearly represent the band or a member of the band in some way.
Also the amount of effort made will be taken into consideration when judging.
* Submit your entry in form of either photographs or a short video.
We want 3 photos:
- one photo of the ingredients/products before you start using them
- one photo while baking/making or decorating your sweet
- one photo of the final product (which will be judged)
(If you want you can also add a pic of you/friends/family eating whatever you’ve created. Just for fun. ;D )
Video:
No longer than 30 seconds giving us a glimpse of the creative process of baking/making your sweet and of course including the final product. (Note: You have to upload the video online e.g. youtube or dailymotion and submit the url to us. Don’t send us video files. We won’t download them.)
* One entry per fan. You can work as a team and ask friends to join the fun, however, there is only one prize. Should your entry win, you will have to share.
* Deadline for all submissions is Monday, 14th December 2009 including and ends midnight UK time.
* Send your entries to tokiohoteluk@gmail.com.
Your email has to include:
- your photos or url to video submission
- as a THUKST member state one of the following:
your THUKST forum username
your myspace profile url and have the THUKST myspace in your top friends for the duration of the competition
your Live Journal username
your full name for Facebook
your Twitter username
- if you're a UK fan please state where in the UK you’re from
- your size for the hoodie
* The winner will be announced on our website www.tokiohotelstreetteam.co.uk during the week before Christmas.
Kim already had a go at some gingerbread to get you all in the mood. She made this yummy TH symbol cookie.
