Hey Guys! ;D
As some of you may know I have been working on getting TH played on my university's student radio station KUBE Radio. KUBE is an online station listened to by not only the students (approx. 7000) that attend Keele University, but also have listeners that tune in from all over the world. Infact, we have won the Student Radio of the Year award more than once I think..?
Anyway, enough bigging up the station, I have just received word that KUBE will be playing a TH song at around 1pm today and will play another one the same time next Wednesday. :super:
So... tune in and send them a quick (free) message if you can guys! The more listeners/responses they get the more likely they are to play TH every week and even maybe put them on the official tracklist used by every show on their agenda! ;D

BTW if they read out a comment by 'Bee' - its me! ;D

Hey Bee, I was listening and sent a message hahaha me and Emma wet ourselves though it was pretty funny to hear our name on the radio! good song choice too

Oh that's awesome! What song did they play?! And a shout out to the THUKST? Gah, I missed it.  And I won't be able to listen to it tomorrow because we'll be on our way to Berlin. "next Wednesday" is tomorrow, isn't it? I don't even know what day it is today. Duh...
We'll put it on the website before we leave for Berlin.

Hey guys! Great to hear that so many of you tuned in to listen to TH on Kube last week! The deputy manager spoke to me and said how pleased she was about the response they got from it and they want to play them again! ;D
midori: They played Break Away and yes, Next Wednesday is tomorrow but read below...
Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances my friend Amanda wont be able to play them on her show at 1pm tomorrow as promised, but she has promised us faithfully that she will play them the same time the week after! (Which might be good for you Midori as you will be able to listen to it then, right? ;D)
She also requested that I find out what song you guys want played! (Isn't she lovely? ;D) So if you could let me know that would be great - the only condition is it has to be in English - and the most popular song will be played! ;D
Thanks again to all who tuned in and spread the word about tuning in to www.kuberadio.com at 1pm on Wednesday the 11th November!

Ah brilliant! Next Wednesday is fine with me. haha Back from Berlin and still a day off from work so hopefully won't forget about it aka know what day we're on. 
Will put it on the website later and point people to the poll here. ;D

In other news, I've been asked if I want to go on the show and plug the band myself! ;D Not sure if I'm gonna take them up on that offer yet though... *is shy*
Just a reminder that its an online student radio channel not a mainstream FM station, so dont be surprised when you tune in and its just a bunch of students chatting! We're not professionals! xD |
