The meet-up is just a short time away, so here is a little essential guide to the day. What you need to bring, what we're doing, etc.
What should I bring?
* Umbrella and waterproofs (the weather may be poor, so be prepared!)
* Pens (you'll need a pen or two to take part in some of the activities)
* Water (keep hydrated - there may not be places to get a drink)
* Packed lunch (make sure you bring your lunch for the picnic)
* Blanket or shawl (something to sit on at the picnic!)
* Flyers (if you can print off some flyers and bring them along, that would be cool!)
* Map/AtoZ of London (if you have one! do not worry if you don't)
* Money (for your travel card to get around London - this costs about £5.10...and you may also need a little bit of money for the treasure hunt, hint hint
)
* Phone and camera (if you have one)

This is the FINAL itinerary:
11am - Trafalgar Square (nearset station is Charing Cross)
Meet in Trafalgar Square
T-shirts and stickers
Headbandz with a TH twist
Handing out flyers, Razzle cards (this willl become clear!), sign-ups, etc
Chalk painting TH logo
Just hanging out!
1pm - St James' Park
Picnic lunch
'Pin the lipring on Tom'
'Guess the bodypart'
'Das Ist Gelooogen'
Questions for the band - submit a question for the boys to answer after the fan meet-up!
3pm - Covent Garden
Tokio Hotel Treasure Hunt
*NOTE: The treasure hunt will be played in teams of no more than 5 people. You will need a camera per group (either a digital camera or on your mobile phone) to participate, so if you have one at home, make sure you bring it along!)*
5pm - End of day
Important info
Safety
If you are under 16 years I strongly suggest that you bring an adult over 18 with you. You must also get a parent/guardian's permission to attend the meet-up. Please note - you are responsible for your own safety and travel arrangements to and from the fan meet, however we will travel together to each point of the fan meet.
All parents/guardians are welcome to join us.
T-shirts
We are now at the point where not everyone will get a t-shirt. I'm very sorry about this. The first 50 people that commented in the head count thread with their NAME will get a t-shirt. Anyone else will have to get one next time. Sorry.
Prizes
There will be little prizes for winners of the games that we play. Just small ones - don't get too excited.
