OMG! Poor bill. When was the announcement made? I looked on the UK fansite this morning and read about it...my heart really goes out to the poor boy! Has someone already posted the link to the get well card anywhere? If not...go check the link off the UK fansite... so many people have signed it. I read some of them and everyones being so supportive, telling him to take his time and get well. Not one naughsty comment in sight. It almost made we cry. I already posted my own comment on there. This carepackage is a brilliant idea Claire. I think it's wonderful that we'll be able to send something to cheer him up. I totally agree that everything we send should be trying to make him smile!  I'm gonna send some of my own photos in....that lion one  I'll think of some funny ones to do too. Hmmm...trying to think of what else we could send. He's prosumably not able to speak right now? So how about we send him a note pad and some pens with something funny on them... or something he can make a really loud nose with to annoy everyone with!  Just a thought... Holly |

Cool, Holly, Susi and I were just saying a notebook for writing in, like lyrics, etc. New ideas we have come up with on Skype: * A bell - to call for someone when he needs something * an etch-a-sketch or a small blackboard to write messages on * Cue cards to hold up when someone is being annoying, too loud, etc, printed out and laminated by moi. That's brilliant. That's the thought of thing i think he'd find both useful and amusing at the smae time! If you need any help translating the cue cards etc. just let me know, I can ask my sister, she did German A level. I'm sure she'd be willing to give it a try. You could have ones that say things like 'waiter!' and 'not in the mood' and 'don't even think about trying to touch my ice-cream' and 'well I think you look like **** too' just thinking of a few of the things I wanted to say when I lost my voice. Or you could have stick men figures...like happy ones and annoyed ones etc. LOL I've got this image in my head of one straggling a really annoying nurse.... Too bad he's proabably not allowed a jumbie in hospital. But when I was in hospital and had to go from one part to another this really cool nurse called Nick stuck go faster stripes onto the wheelchair... That made me laugh! Holly x |

Aerrow: right that claire is making a special parcel/package full of things from us for Bill which will be sent to his home address. This thread is about thinking of things which can be put in the package. It will be sent on Friday.

I'm glad ;D I dont think theres a limit lol. Pictures good Like on the other thread - that claires asking for pictures of people with a sign ect... thats all good. other pics I think are okay [might have to talk to Claire about that lol] This thread I think is about idea of what to put in the package. you can also do things like songs, poems ect... |

The idea was to take a pic of yourself... a funny pic, so get out the face paint and make funny faces. ;D It's for Bill from the fans to cheer him up. Therefore it should be a picture of yourself.
