Well, this isn't very recent but I have only heard about it today, as none of the official Tokio Hotel sites have posted the information.
I just wanted to tell you that some of the concerts in Portugal, Italy and all the others planned for the following few weeks have been canceled.
This is because Bill lost his voice.
Apparently he has laryngitis, an inflammation of the larynx. It causes hoarse voice or the complete loss of the voice because of irritation of the vocal cords.When it's severe, it can last for weeks. Bill's is a little severe, so let's see what happens. 
I have found out about this from a video posted on Youtube, where Tom and the rest of the band apologize for having the concert in Portugal called off. They say that Bill is on his way to Germany to see a specialist.
I hope this is not serious, and Bill will get well very soon because I already miss his voice
