I don't think that being lazy has got anything to do with that at all. The guys have always worked hard. There might be loads of things one could say but surely not lazy.

Like Claire said, it was the record label, not the fact they only reached #77 in the UK with Ready, Set, Go!, but look at the bands that Fasination have under their wings.. CRAP promotion for them all.

I doubt it's a simple as just 'signing' and that's that, you have respresentation... it sounds so much more complex than that. But I have to agree with Susi and Helzy, there is just no way Tokio Hotel can be classed as lazy, in anything they do. Their videos are not only fantastic, but they record 2 versions, just for us. Twice the work! And then, they write and record 2 albums, with Bill writing one of them in a language he has only recently learned. The UK is a harsh market and they cannot be blamed for how things went here... but I'll always jump to their defence when it comes to how hard they work. They are incredible when it comes to their dedication, it's one of the reasons I love them so much.
