i have to ring in about 9:30, speak to the producer telling her why i want to promote TH and lets just hope this goes well XD

i bare bad news and good news... the bad news is they wouldn't let me on air... GOOOD NEWS HOWEVERif i pop down details of the band like information about them and number or email or something. they could mention them on radio orrrr try to get an interview with them  anybody got any details per chance XD |

they were like well if u send in demo CD's for this UNSIGNED band i was like HOLLLLD ON they aint unsigned
they're signed up by cherry tree records!and the lady at reception was like well if they wanted to get the band noticed...they would have rang our head of department to promote this band... so ofc me debatable started shouting down the phone LISTEN HERE!!!!I'VE RANG EVERY BLOODY RADIO STATION IN THE WHOLE OF FREAKING CORNWALL TO TRY AND GET THIS BAND NOTICED SO DON'T JUST THINK I'LL BE FINE WITH THAT!!! to which she replied...whats the name of their UK release to which i replied Ready Set Go and she said i'll add it to the playlist....so bound to be played at one point....next radio station..
ATLANTIC FM!!! xD

Just a little info, Helz, TH are signed to Universal Music and they currently don't have an active label in the UK. So if people ask you questions, at least you have the facts. Cherrytree work the USA only.
Unfortunately, you are likely to meet similar responses. Don't let it get you down. I'm all for you guys trying, but at the same time, I do think it's unlikely you will get radio support. It was hard even back when TH had a label in the UK.

We can't really answer that question because we don't know what exactly happened. However, you might want to read up on the thread HERE where Claire posted some information last March.
Since then it has become final that TH are no longer with Fascination Records and ever since did not have a UK label representing them. Hence, that's why we can't get any releases in the UK, why they couldn't do anything while they were over here for the EMAs in November etc.
All we can (still) do is make sure TH/management/people that work for them/international fandom know we're still here as a UK fanbase and we still want them here... and hope we will have a UK label again one day. A label that works better for TH and makes some more effort so that we can get another chance.
