So, you're okay with violence? If someone came and punched YOU in the face would you like people ot be all 'GO WHOEVER PUNCHEDYOU'?
Violence isn't right, no matter what scenario. We don't support, nor tolerate, violence in any way, shape or form; and I don't see how you think that (by what you are posting) it's okay for him to punch someone! Especially a woman. No matter whether it happened or not, it's NEVER okay to punch someone in the face. Especially a man against a woman. (Not saying that it's okay for a woman to punch a man in the face, but this isn't about that.)
I'm sorry, but I don't see how people can be for the act of violence that might have happened.

Ive also heard that
these tokio hotel fans are french and have had a history of stalking the band
and countless times of being restrained in france.
besides we shouldnt be judging yet.
tokio hotel magament are realesing a statment soon as so.
we should just wait for OFFICAL news from there management.

I think celebs deserve there own quite private life
and dont need annoying french fangirls stalking them everywere they go.
and tom could charge them if he wants
but hes too nice.
and i dont think he has the guts to hit and girl
and he signs photos/cd's everytime
why would he suddenly decide to go do that?
i got a signed CD of tokio hotel.

Wow, what a serious situation. I sure hope these people realise the consequences if they are lying or exaggerating. Of course I desperately hope that it is not true and turns out to be some huge mix up, but at the same time, either way, this situation is going to come with a stigma that will be hard to shake. Poor Tom  . Innocent until proven guilty so I'm standing by him. |

Most recent news reports this:
- Tom was not alone; a girl was with him in the car
- Tom got out of the car two times: The first time he pushed one of Perrine's friends so she fell on the ground; the second time he hit Perrine in the face (they say he hits her with his elbow, not his fist)
- the management of the band could not have been reached yet
Police confirmed this detail from the CCTV.

The second part sounds really out of character, but I suppose we only know the "front" that gets put on for the cameras. Hmm, either way, I reckon he must have had a pretty good reason to hit/elbow her in the face...

omg!! That's not tomlike at all. It's a bit strange..but yeh i agree with Jess, he must have had good reason for it. I just can't see him doing anything like that. :s

will the band stay together?

I doubt something like this will split the band up. Im sure worse has happened between Bill and Tom, and they still work together.
