I just thought that it would be a good idea for us to have a thread for our meet up so the information doesn't get lost and stuffs. We have a date and city but we obviously need other stuff like a location. I think somewhere like Princess Hayes or the Cathedral Green would be good as they are very public (just for safety) and pretty easy to find? Also who is definitely going?

I'll try and keep a list of the decided stuff below so that it doesn't get lost among discussions. There are only two headings at the moment that I could think of but anything else can be added ^^
