South West Meet Up - 28th August 2010

I just thought that it would be a good idea for us to have a thread for our meet up so the information doesn't get lost and stuffs.

I'll try and keep a list of the decided stuff below so that it doesn't get lost among discussions.

Where are we meeting?
Blue Boy square Exeter. The normal place near Wagamama though we're picnicing this time!
The nearest train station is Exeter Central. I will walk to Exeter St Davids and will be able to pick people up from there and Exeter Central.

Time meeting?
12:30

Flyer attacks in changing rooms/loos
Bookmark attack in library
Hit the shops ^^
Eat at Wagamama

I am willing to give my phone number to people attending in case of unforeseen changes, people running late, getting lost et cetera. Just say you'd like it and I will private message you. It should go without saying but Do not post phone numbers publicly. ;D

I do think that we should meet somewhere quite obvious. Possibly outside the Giraffe in Princess Hayes. There's that square there isn't there? It's quite easy to find Princess Hayes and I would willingly get there ten minutes early and have a TH sign so people know where to be.

And yeah, there's akind a square there in the middle between Giraffe, Newlook, Fat Face and Topshop. It's easy to find.

Another place could be on the steps in front of the cathedral. As the cathedral is easy to find, you just have to look in the sky and find the spire.

Yeah, if the weather decides to be mean to us, Princesshay would be better.

We should also think about what we could do. Like, if we all try tio print off some posters, we could put them everywhere. Go to the library and places and put them up on noticeboards and shizz

I, uh, kind of promised my friend I'd take her to Wagamama if she came to Exeter with me... sooo... I may have to leave for a bit halfway through it. Unless you guys fancy some Japanese noodles too xD

And, I was wondering, have you all met each other before?

I haven't met anyone, but I know that at least, Havanah and Zia have met up.

T'would be fine, we'll have each others mobile numbers by then, so you could easily find out where we are!

When are people arriving in to Exeter? Than we can have an official time to meet up.
