Tokio Hotel in London for new video?

Rumours have it that TH are currently in London shooting a new video and Bill still has the dreads according to a Swedish fansite.
I'm not sure if its 100% true.

I personally doubt it. I think thy're just presuming things. >New hair! London (for some reason)! New album! All mixed togeather to form that assumption. It could be true, as I'm only guessing they're wrong, or making it up or something. But I seriously think it unlikely.
