I really like the old romantic weepy stuff! I especially like Anne of Green Gables and Tess of the d'Urbervilles...funny how all of them start with names. I resemble my grandma in some ways and my mum when it comes to books!

I'm reading The Road right now, every night before I sleep, which is a nice way to end the day, sort of checking up on how they're doing on their journey Although I'm trying to finish it quickly now because my friend got me Let The Right One In for Christmas and I'm fawning over the film and its remake and I absolutely can not wait to start reading it!

I know! It's so cool beyong belief. It doesn't follow the Americanised, modern techniques either, making it feel more individual. Although saying that, I love Let Me in too! I drew a picture of some of the characters and some of the Swedish actors have offered to sign it for me ;D

I'm about to embark on a book called 'Fallen' by Lauren Kate, anyone read it? Is it good? I hope so, because I've asked for the sequel for Christmas lol I always tend to have quite a few books on the go, right now I'm reading 'Memoirs of a Geisha', 'Vampire Diaries' and 'Linger'... I'd recommend 'Shiver' and 'Linger', they're part of a trilogy about werewolves... not the Jacob Black type werewolf, it's pretty different, but beware... it's really sad, I felt all melancholy after reading them lol, but it's a lovely story

Fallen...i think my sister's read that, if were talking about the right one and she really liked it.
I'm currently reading 'House Rules' by Jodi Picoult about a boy with aspergers who gets accused of murdering someone and his own mother believes him to be guilty. It is amazing.

I'm reading 'Angel Time' by Anne Rice. It's good, but I miss her Vampire/Mayfair Witches stories so much.
Although yesterday, my Dad was tidying and he found books he'd bought me for my birthday in Feb but had forgotten to give me lol... both books are overview/guide type things to all the characters in her books and of the actual novels. I know this might not sound like a big deal, but as an uber fan like me, I take notions to dip back into the books all the time, but there's about 12 Vampire Chronicles and 3 Mayfair Witches books so I can never decide which one I want to re-read lol so to have these overviews, it's awesome just to go through them and remind myself what happened to all these amazing, but complicated characters throughout the stories. Love it ;D
Geek moment over ;D

I'm currently reading 'The Persian Boy' by Mary Renault, for about the godknowshowmany'th time, lol.
I shouldn't be, as I have 7 new books that I've had no time to read! But it always makes me so happy to read it, so ...
What did you think of 'Let the Right One In', Pev? The book I mean, not the film. Although I absolutely love the film too. One of the few that I actually bought. The Swedish one, though. I'm not a fan of the remake at all! The book is amazing. I want to find time to read it again.
Ah, so cool about the pics! Can we see them?
I'm going to be reading 'Human Race Get Off Your Knees' by David Icke after I finish 'The Persian Boy'.

Im not a great reader but since reading the Twilight books Iv got into the vampire romance style stories
I just finished reading Full Moon Rising by Keri Arthur. Now Im going to try Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian
I know I should broaden the range of genres I read but I find there are so many books and authors I dont know where to start.
Iv tried reading Jane Austin a bit but cant get very far.
I might try some of the books you guys have been reading.
