It such a classic twin fight (almost like on the DVD) and in the tradition of good old THTV that you'll love it!!!
They can be so mean though I'm sure Bill ooonly did that in the spirit of the saying: "Ein Schlag auf den Hinterkopf erhöht das Denkvermögen." (A slap to the back of the head increases intellectual power.) 
The funny thing is when it turns out that Tom was right all along and Bill realises and starts to laugh and Tom imitates what he said. LOLOLOL <3
