Yeah, he's trying to humiliate Bill. It wasn't a comment on him being gay in a positive or neutral way, it was to try an insult him, embarrass him and make comment on his style.

I so agree with you all on here. If you have an opinion, why don't you think about it before you say it? Is it a nice opinion? Is it an opinion that could hurt someone? Pfft, looks like Perez didn't give a damn if the opinion hurt Bill or not. I know it probably didn't hurt it but still, you shouldn't say such a nasty thing, especially in front of all those people and it was LIVE and etc. Perez Perez Perez...I should start writing a song about him...

he gets paid to stoop lower than anyone else
i wouldnt expect anything more of him than those shallow spiteful comments
Perez is probably just taking a huge blow to his way to large ego by just being in the same venue as Bill

I never, ever liked Perez Hilton (I mean come on - he's made a 'career' of talking sh*t about other people, and is now famous because of it? Ridiculous) but now my dislike has escalated into passionate hate - the man is total scum, and I don't think people should continue to put up with his insults. The TH boys are infinately better than him, and he knows it too, it's just a sad way of boosting his own ego by humiliating them.

i was quite shocked when perez and katy were announcing the nominees for best act ever.
he says tokio hotel and makes the gesture that they don't deserve it then adds a harsh comment
if i was in liverpool perez wouldn't make it out of england alive

Yeah. He said all the other acts names and said that they were good, and then he said Tokio Hotel in an annoyed tone and then goes "Not so good."
I was like. You're not good. You're a waste of space!
I found this out yesterday and gasped and then shouted at my laptop. My parents and brother asked me whats up and I told them. They were not impressed:
My mum: He can't talk...He must be deaf infact! Tokio Hotel are really talented. This is a sign of jeslousy.
My brother: Just ignore him Naomi. It's talking c*ap.
Hehe. I'm happy to know that my family like TH though ;D

Perez can go home back to the US and just keep his minging opion to himself, have a lessoj in manners, look in the mirrow, stop being a hypo and i would like to suggest that he dosnt piss TH fans of too much because we have a tendancy to bite back.
