Yeah, thanks for posting and signing up here. We know we were harsh even though your intentions were good. However, it was just not the right way to go about it and really frustrating. No hard feelings though. It's sorted and we can go on with it. So just keep spreading the word about this and get more people to place a bid (if they would really attend a concert! it needs to stay fair and real) and that helps the most. ;D

Neil - THANK YOU! Our target was 500 and we reached it - I'm very proud of our Street Team for spreading the word and getting sign-ups in the face of apathy. After all the times our projects and activities have not really achieved results, it's fantastic how enthusiastically our teamers have taken to this idea.
And thank you to Owngig for keeping in touch and trying for us!

P.S. Please add the facebook group for owngig and if you look under the discussion topics they ask who you want to see - add your request. I put TH, but you could add any band or comedian you'd like to see. It's a really super website and you never know, there might be a band you think no one else likes that is really random, that you could request and find other people that are into them!
