I can't wait to see it! I must admit, since I heard it wasn't very good, I've been looking for a download or a cam copy. I don't usually watch them, but I'm a bit impatient for this one.
New Moon will be interesting. I like that it has a whole other cast of characters.

I haven't read the books or anything but I have to say the trailer didn't do much for me. I thought I might like it and find it interesting enough to want to watch it but it didn't work. I would still watch it, just to see if it would actually be better than the trailer. ha ha. So far I'm just failing to get the excitement. And yeah, you might say "read the books and you'll get hooked" but to be honest, I can't be bothered. I've never read a Harry Potter book and still enjoy the films and look forward to trailers but this one... hm, don't know. I'm aware this post does nothing for the thread but I thought I'd just throw in my two cents.

Are you going to see the movie, Susi? 'cause I'd love to know what someone who hasn't read the books thinks of it, since everyone who has read the books will be linking them together and be like "OH THIS HAS TO HAPPEN HERE, AND THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED"
I've never read the Harry Potter books either, I've tried 5 times and failed. But I loves the films

I don't know.... I probably would but I haven't been to the cinema in ages and basically it depends on how much I have to keep working because I need to have a spare day off to go. I know what you mean though. It's hard to keep it seperate when you've read the book even if you're trying. In the back of your head you're still connecting it sooner or later. In general I do prefer to read books before I watch films, though I don't do this in all cases and as I've said, I haven't been to the cinema this year. I've maybe watched as many films all year as I would usually have watched in two months... let alone read any books. *cough*
Should I go and see it though, I'll let you know what I thought about it.

Yeah Susi, do that xD I'd like to know it too..
Because it's just as NicoleKaulitz said «(...)since everyone who has read the books will be linking them together and be like "OH THIS HAS TO HAPPEN HERE, AND THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED"» xD

yeah i think because im such a hardcore fangirl i will be so harsh on judging it like in the trailer and they are making out and shes wearing granny panties i was like "WTF THAT NEVER HAPPENED, BELLA IS NEVER NAKED, OR HALF NAKED, OR SHOWING FLESH THAT IS UNNESECARY" so things like that... haha

but if you compare it to the book too much you'd probably just spoil it for yourself! people who have seen it have given it an average of 4 out of 5, mainly because of some things that aren't in the movie and other things they were expecting to be better, but i think they forget that it is supposed to be an indie film and they didn't have a huge budget one of the things i'll enjoy the most will be not being in Bella's head for a change! =] oh and i'd love to see more of the Quileutes in New Moon, especially the guy who plays Embry! just for giggles Hayley & Rob Myspace Artist on Artist interview uk.youtube.com/watch?v=JFBodj48k3E

Am downloading a CAM copy of this movie. If the download is any good, I'll share it (off the forum), but to be honest, if you're excited about the movie, it's not worth spoiling yourselves. I rarely watch CAM copies of movies because I'm a huge fan of movies and nothing is more fun to me than going to the cinema, but I really dislike the way they do release dates. If they're going to set us back by a month, I will download the pirated copy to see what it's like.
I downloaded HSM 3, btw, and it was terrible, so I don't hold out too much hope for this one. We'll see.

Nor was I, tbh. =/
GLASGOW IS AMAZING. OFFICIALY. On the front of Vue cinema, there is a HUGE Twilight advertisment, like... 15-20ft long, up the front of the building, I was in the car, so couldn't get a picture, but I'm going again on Saturday and coming prepared with a camera. YAY. ;D
