Exactly Mika! I have to agree, too. That was what I was thinking.
Of course the Dutch just had to chose difficult words one would have a hard time to guess. *lol* Such good fun to see what the guys came up with. The whole sentence with hagelslag is easy to understand except for that hagelslag word. And then by the end with drop... they did that on purpose! ha ha Confusing the guys with the difficult words so they wouldn't get the pretty obvious at the end. I'm guessing drop is a "Drops". 
Bill and potatoes. That made me laugh. (I was thinking about fish which would've been wrong too.)

"Bist du drop?" doesn't mean anything actually.
They were contemplating whether drop could mean "drunk" so Tom tried how it would sound and said "Bist du drop?" thinking it might mean "Are you drunk" but it doesn't. Drop is a kind of hard candy (e.g. acid drops, as in bonbon) so basically he asked "Are you drops?".
bist du (German) - are you
drop (Dutch) - drops (bonbon/hard candy)

Because I was like am pretty sure that drop isnt a german word that would make sence like that
I think I must have tryed to work it out about 20 times thinking "are you ......"
