My class did a mock biology test today and I got an A*! Then she said it was the easiest test she'd seen. FML. We did a mock too, a multiple choice one for B1a I think and I got an A* too Was an A at first but turns out my teacher marked some things wrong xD I've got my C2 mock exam tomorrow, I am so going to flop because when I was revising it just went in and out of my head but at least some things stayed xD I kinda regret taking triple science now...

Same here! I've got C2 in January and loads of other exams and I might be doing A Level maths next year because I'm doing my Maths GCSE this year instead of next year

I had Module 2 Maths last Friday, it's not very hard. But hey, this is the person who got A* in the Mod1 mocks then a B in the actual thing. >< I have Science C2 in January as well as English and History. All of those mocks are within the next couple of weeks. *sigh* AND, I think my teacher is putting me in for a C1 retake, even though I passed with a C. All the exams I took last year were like, one mark away from the one above. My P1 got me a C nearly a B, my B1 got me a B nearly an A and my Module 1 Maths got me a B nearly an A. History Vietnam coursework got me a A, 2% off an A* as well, if I entered it this year rather than next year...

I was listening to Zimmer 483 this morning as a part-relax-part-revise for my German reading and listening papers today. I was impressed to discover Tokio Hotel's usefulness in a question about jobs- I looked at the 'Luftsteward', or something like that, and then had to match it with a description. I saw 'fliegen' mentioned and ignorantly forgot its meaning, so being able to sing 'komm und hilf mir fliegen...' in my head perhaps won me a mark ;D

GCSEs make me feel really old Buuuut I just wanted to come in here to give my support and to tell you guys to try not to stress too much (though I know it's hard). And if you fail some, it's not the end of the world. I failed my Science and Math's GCSEs and got offers for all six unis I applied to when I was in sixth form. Just wanted to say something cause I was always made to feel bad by my teachers for being awful at Math and they told me I'd never get anywhere without it. It was completely un true and it worries me that people may still be going through that crap - even though it is six years later and for all I know stuff may well have advanced a bit.

Gah! Silly school! I failed it twice with an E grade both times haha. Not great but it hasn't been a huge problem, I even managed to work in retail for a year and a half without it I get why you need it if you want to go into engineering or accountancy but I've always been the Art/History/English nerd...was never really going to need to know algebra and all that malark.
