We have one further opening for a moderator that we'd like to appoint. In order to give everyone a chance - new, old, quiet, outgoing, young, not so young - we are opening this up to applications. Nothing formal! We'd just like to hear from you if you would like to be a moderator and think you have what it takes!
If you become a moderator for the UK Street Team forum, you will need to be active - we need active members of the forum that can commit to being online fairly regularly.
All you need to do is PM me with a short statement about why you should be moderator. These will be reviewed and a new mod appointed at a later date.
We want to hear from everyone that is interested, so please don't be shy about sending a PM.
You have until Thursday 15th May to send your application PM to me.

This seems a bit dumb...
But what do the moderators do?
Is it just like.. being on here a lot and working on the site or something?

Ok im just trying to ask if we have to meet up sometimes for meetings and that?
Cos if we do I probably wouldnt be able to, cos mum wouldnt let me, *she doesnt actually know wbout this and if she did she DEFF wouldt let me on here, she wouldnt even like TH, but I can make my desicions hmm?* So yeah I prob wouldnt make a good mod cossa that so i was just wondering if anyone in the same situation might want to know the same thing so could you please post what kinda stuff we would have to do and if we have meetings?
Come to think of it I wouldnt be allowed to go to the meet up.. I'm useless.
And I feel even more sad.

You don't have to meet-up and you only have to be able to commit to spending time online on the forum.
Up till now, the mods have attended the meet-ups. That's because it's a major event for us and there's a lot of work involved, but we wouldn't say it's essential, so you are still welcome to send in an app.
