It's possible that he didn't get rid of the blond indefinitely. It might be just that he wanted a new look for the Comets (he always goes all out for Comets - remember 2007?) and the blond will be back again soon.
As for the clothes - people will love it or hate it, but that's our Bill, dividing opinion and getting people talking. I love him.
