I've never had ice cream with pancakes. D:
I generally have sugar and lemon =] Yum.
Savory ones with cheese in are rather nice too.
I once made a whole batch of pancakes for me and my bro when the folks were out. There were so many and it was great fun, especially when it comes to the flipping ;D lol

allright I got member yesterday so I assume I'm new ;D how did I get into TH? well I have known them I guess since september 2005 obviously because over here in Germany everyone was talking about them but I rather wasn't interested in it. Later a friend ( at least at that time she was a friend)complained about her training group of young girls only wanting to listen to "annoying" Tokio Hotel. Then her birthday came up and we decided to give her the cd as a present just to make a joke. I was the one to get it and yes I listened to it and afterwards searched for information and soon I was a fan. and then it went further and further ending up in concerts and getting to know people who are really great friends of mine now  yes I guess that's the story^^ anyway I feel quite comfortable here as everyone is being so nice with each other-totally different from what i know in Germany. I apprechiate it :] can you understand what I wrote, I'm not quite sure about some things in this sentences  |

I understand you completely leela. ^-^ I heard of TH in December 05 when Schrei was on Get The Clip on Viva Plus once upon a time when that channel still existed. ^0^ Yeah, I get German TV.

Lol leela! I got into them through someone who didn`t like them also. A German internet friend who kept going on about this `terrible band` until in the end I became curious! and I immediately loved them ;D
Oh and we can understand everything you wrote perfectly ;D

@yuki-sama: oh wonderful I liked Viva plus. so that's were you got them from, too bad it's gone. on new years eve 2005 we counted how often TH was appearing in the text messages that were shown.It was about 90 times an hour ;D you get german tv? I'ld love to get tv in english, well others than bbc xD liz: ;D that's sounds funny so what does that person say no-you being a fan of tokio hotel? see all the haters just keep people becoming interested, obviously they are not that bad though xD I'm really glad to hear that. |

My sis and I loved Viva Plus, at one point it was Get The Clip 24/7 except the hourly Newsflash, and this was back in 2003-ish, when I first heard of the Rasmus, HIM, Within Temptation and Nightwish. |

(oh and this thread is a great idea! woop!) i first got into TH when i was talking to one of my friends about Ville Valo's (HIM) makeup, then she started talking about someone called Bill Kaulitz, and i was like who?  she told me about a song called 1000 meere... and ive loved them ever since! anyway, id love to make friends while im here! much love Izzy xxx |

leela - lol, he`s still a hater! But he sends TH stuff to me, so I forgive him ;D Funniest thing is that his TH hate stems from his even bigger Tom hate LOL - and Tom is now my favourite.  He is not amused, but, well, he tolerates it for my sake.

My friends (whoc run tokiohoteldoesamerica and tokiohotelfiction) started randomly taking about TH on their blogs, but without details and I kept seeing pics of Bill that confused me Meanwhile ohnotheydidnt, a gossip blog I regularly read, kept having posts about them and what they were doing and I just kept seeing them everywhere online that I normally hang out. Eventually I realised Bill was a boy and TH were a band and I fell in love. Then I got involved with the record label and the rest is history. I love hearing the 'who you got into TH' stories. They're always so random. LOL. Claire xx |

I think most people know how I got into TH. But I'll do a re-cap:
In The Pig, a pub in Hastings, Monsoon was being played on MTV and I watched the video. I was kinda drunk, so was just like 'they're good,' but forgot by the morning and didn't know who they were.
Then a month on, or something, my Canadian friend and a few of my American chums were talking on this Role-Play forum, and the Canadian sent me a link to 'Monsoon' on youtube. At first, I was like 'WTF, these guy's aren't japanese!' and 'The girl is fucking hot.' Then I liked said the last part to him and he was 'Becky, that's a guy' and I was like 'Even better.'
Been into them ever since.

This American friend I met was all "Nicole, listen to this band called Tokio Hotel, they're really good" and because I had only just met her I didn't know what music she was into, and I was all "K, are they like screamy music coz that scares me" lolimminted. and she was all "lololno" So I couldn't be bothered looking them up on Youtube so I just put it off for like a week, then she sort of forced me to listen to them.. then I fell inlove with them. For that, i thank her all the time. ^.^

@yuki-sama: well this us5 vs. TH thing is stil going on but not that worse. and I hate it because tehy are, as you said, not at all alike. even my best friend who isn't much of a TH lover says I better listen to TH then to US5 ;D allt the time? oh I would get annoyed because I always thought there were like ten videos being palyed the whole time XD phsycofairy,tokiohoteluk,B.eckii ♥,NicoleKaulitz: oh you're stories are so nice to read. interesting how you just hearing of them or just watching them and. there you go ;D back when I started to like them I guess I had seen them like a hundred times^^ liz: funny thing about the hater that they have like stuff about them and invest time. he hates Tom? LOL I mean, I used to like him not that much either but how can you hate a guy you don't even know?^^ but if he tolerates it he's okay. I'm allright with people disliking them as long as they are tolerant. |
