It's unlikely the deadline will finish the day you send it. :PYes, write it directly to them because the fanbook is for them so ideally they would read it themselves.

Yes, German or English. It's your decision which one you prefer. Both are ok to go into the book.

i was going to start mine now and email it (if it isnt to late) because my printer is out of ink and my dad hasnt got around to buying any new ink for it  so is that ok if i email it to yous, and is this the right adress to email it to?? tokiohoteluk@gmail.com |
